BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Regulation, which is referred to:

BAB II
INTENT AND PURPOSE

Section 2
(1) The intent of staging the deconcentration of the field of women's empowerment and child protection is to improve the performance of the governance of women's field of empowerment and child protection in the Province.
(2) The purpose of staging the deconcentration of women's empowerment and child protection is to increase the effectiveness of the role and position of the Governor as the representative of the government in carrying out the governance of women's field of empowerment. and child protection in the Province

STAGING DECONCENTRATION
The First Part
The DeConcentration type

Section 3
(1) The Minister delegated part of government affairs in the field of women's empowerment and child protection in 2013 to 10 (ten) the Governor of the Provincial Government.

Deconcentration Execution

Section 4

(4) The implementation of government affairs devolve to the Governor as referred to in Article 3, financed by the budget passage of the Ministry of Women ' s Empowerment and Child Protection of 2013.
(5) The implementation of the budget by SKPD which handles the governance of women's field of empowerment and child protection as referred to in paragraph (1), guidelines to the applicable laws.

DeConcentrated Reporting

Section 5

BAB IV
COACHING AND SUPERVISION

Section 6
(1) Technical coaching on the implementation of the deconcentration as referred to in Article 3 executed by the Secretary of the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Protection of the Child, Deputy Field Office of Economics, Deputy Field Office of Polsoskum, Deputy The Field of Women Protection, Deputy Child Protection, Deputy Field Grow Child.

(4) The Minister may withdraw the governance of women ' s field of empowerment and the protection of the child deconcentrates, if:
a. The Minister changed the policy; and/or
B. The governor carrying out deconcentrations as referred to in Article 3 does not correspond to the norms, standards, procedures and criteria established by the Minister.
(5) Rewithdrawal of the governance of women 's field of empowerment and child protection as referred to in verse (4), set with the Minister' s Regulation.

BAB V
THE SANCTION

Section 7
(1) The Province of the Province as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) the recipient of a deconcentration of funds intentionally or negligently does not convey the account of the responsibility of the funds referred to as the Minister is charged with the delay of the thawing and/or termination of the funding allocation.

(6) The Minister sets out the termination decision of payment as referred to in paragraph (3), after coordinating with the Minister of Finance.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
