REGULATION OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA POLICE CHIEF NUMBER 13 YEARS 2012

ABOUT THE ORDER OF ABSENCE AND PERMISSION

IN THE INDONESIAN STATE POLICE ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD HEAD REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA STATE POLICE,

BALANCED: a. that leave and permit are the right to a civil servant in the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia after working within a period of time as a spiritual coaching effort or personnel interest in question;

b. that in order for the exercise of leave and permission to be orderly, orderly, easy, and accounted for, there is a rule as a guideline for leave and permission in the Indonesian National Police environment;

c. that is based on The consideration as referred to in the letter a and letter b, need to establish the Rule of the State Police Chief of the Republic of Indonesia on the Order of the Cuti and Permit in the Indonesian State Police Environment;

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATIONS OF THE HEAD OF STATE POLICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ORDER OF THE LEAVE OF ABSENCE AND THE PERMISSION IN THE STATE POLICE ENVIRONMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Regulation, referred to as: 1. The Indonesian State Police which is next abbreviated

Polri is a state tool in the areas of security maintenance and community order, Law enforcement, protection, forage, and service to the community in order to keep the domestic security.

2. The civil servants of Polri, who were later called employees, were members of the Polri and civil servants (civil servants) of Polri.

3. Polri officials are members of the Polri based on the law having the general authority of the Police.

4. Leave is the state for not entering the work given in a given term to the Employee in accordance with the terms applicable.

5. Permission is the state for not entering the work given to the employees to carry out personal or service interests both in the country and abroad at their own expense, sponsors outside of Cuti's rights, and/or service.

6. Kasatfung's next head of function is the head of an organization unit carrying out activities according to its principal tasks and functions.

7. The Direct Chief is a Polri official who is due to his post directly overseeing the members he has led.

Article 2 of the purpose of this Regulation: a. as a guideline for the Cloud Service, as well as the following: The convening of the administration in the Polri environment in

granting of the Cuti and Permission to the Employee; and

with guidelines on the provisions of the invite-invitation rules;

c. transparent, i.e., the granting of Cuti and Permission to an Employee is performed publicly and may be known to all parties;

d. humanity, i.e. the process of granting the Cuti and the Permission to Employees with regard to the sense of humanity;

e. selectively, i.e., the granting of Cuti and Permission to Employees through a screening process and prioriting priority scale; and

f. proportionate, i.e., the granting of the Cuti and Permission to the Employee with regard to the balance between the number of personnel with which Cuti or Permission granted.

CHAPTER II LEAVE

c. Special leave; d. Religious leave of worship; e. Maternity leave; f. Leave outside of the country's dependents; and g. Leave for important reasons.

Part 2 of the Cuti Terms

Section 5 (1) of the annual Cuti as referred to in Section 4 of the letter a

is provided to the employee with the provision: a. have worked at least one (one) year continuously

and has been entitled to the annual Cuti for 12 (twelve) business days;

b. is given the shortest of three (three) days of work and may be given 2 (two) times in 1 (one) year; and

c. for Employees Who Are In Charge Of The Educational Institution Of The Cuti time is adjusted to the applicable holiday period in the educational institution.

(2) In terms of Cuti being executed in remote areas and separated by the oceans of the task force concerned, the term of the Cuti may plus travel time go home the longest of 7 (seven) days in 1 (one) time Cuti for a year.

Section 6 of the employee who has worked at least 5 (five) years on a continuous, can given the annual Cuti with a destination abroad, at most 12 (twelve) working days.

Article 7 (1) Cuti is ill as referred to in Section 4 of the letter b provided

to the employee with the provision:

a. suffering from pain for 3 (three) up to 6 (six) days as evidenced by the doctor ' s respite certificate, given the cuti longest 6 (six) days;

b. If within 7 (7) days the concerned employee is still ill, it must be referred to the doctor's letter for the follow-up examination of the General Hospital/hospital; and

c. if within 30 days of the day, the employee is in a position to be considered a doctor. The employee in question is still ill and hospitalized, officials who are in charge of the sick Cuti decision based on the doctor's statement of treatment.

(2) The decision of the Cuti is ill as it is in verse (1) The letter c applies at least 6 (six) months and can be extended by 2 (two) times 6 (six) months.

(3) If after 1 (one) year 6 (six) months are declared unhealed, the pain Cuti may be extended for a term of 6 (six) the next month, and may be extended every 6 (six) months to at least 3 (three) years.

(4) If after 3 (three) years of being declared unhealed, the health evaluation team is implemented by a health examiner led by:

a. Kapusdokkes Polri, for High-level Officer Employee (Pati);

b. Kapusdokkes Polri, for Secondary Officer Group Employee (Pamen) to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri, who served in the Polri Mabes; and

c. Kabiddokkes Polda, for the Pamen class employees up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri who served on the regimental unit.

(5) In terms of health evaluation results stated that the pertinent has not been cured, could be proposed for terminated with respect from the service of the Polri.

(6) The format of the Sick Cuti decision is listed in the appendix "A" which is an integral part of this regulation.

Article 8 (1) The special Cuti as referred to in Article 4 of the letter c

provided to employees with the provisions: a. have completed following the creation education, education

general development, running the policing operation task,

peacekeeping missions abroad, and following national-level sports championships/International; and

b. following a national/International sports championship or sports athlete training center, can be given the longest 30-day Cuti, and can be extended every single month until the completion of the championship activities.

(2) Cuti (1) The (1) letter (s) is given during the (1) letter. 6 (6) days for the assignment of at least 4 (four)

months; and b. 12 (twelve) days for the assignment above 6 (six) months.

(3) Employees who perform special Cuti are not given performance benefits.

Article 9 of the Cuti religious services as referred to in Article 4 of the letter d consist of: a. Sabbaton; b. The sabres of worship; and c. Other religious services leave.

Article 10 (1) Cuti worship Hajj as referred to in Article 9 of the letter a

provided with the provisions: a. has served 5 (5) years perpetually,

for the first time carrying out the Hajj prayers; and b. every 5 (five) years, for the second Hajj pilgrimage

and so on. (2) The Cuti pilgrimage of Hajj with the usual Hajj (ONH), given

at most 45 (forty-five) days. (3) Cuti worship Hajj with ONH Plus, given the longest 30 (three

down) days. (4) Employees who perform the Cuti worship Hajj are not allow for Cuti

umroh in the same year. (5) The new staff carrying out the Cuti worship of Hajj, not granted

the right to perform the annual Cuti or annual Cuti abroad in the term 1 (one) year to the next.

Article 11 (1) Cuti worship umroh as referred to in Article 9 of the letter b

provided with the provision:

a. has been in service for 5 (five) years, for the first to carry out umroh worship; and

b. every 2 (two) years, for the worship of the second umroh and so forth.

(2) The Cuti worship umroh is given the longest of 12 (twelve) days. Article 12

(1) Other religious services as referred to in Article 9 of the letter c are provided with the provisions: a. has been in service for 5 (five) years, for the first time

carries out other religious services; and

b. every 2 (two) years, for other religious services the second time and so on.

(2) Other religious services are given the longest 12 (twelve) days.

Article 13 (1) Cuti gave birth as referred to in Article 4 letter e

given to Employee with the provisions: a. Three (three) months; b. For the first and second children; and c. at most, 45 (forty-five) days, for the employee who

Article 14 Cuti outside of the country's dependents as referred to in Article 4 of the letter f is given to the employee with the provision: a. for personal reasons that are very important and urgent, so

c. gives birth to a 3rd child (three) and beyond. Article 15

(1) Cuti as referred to in Article 14 of the letter a and the letter b is given to the female employee who follows the husband on duty abroad in at least 2 years.

(2) The cuti outside of the country's dependents as referred to in paragraph (1) is given the longest of 4 (four) years during being an employee, given annually and may be extended once a year to 3 (three) Times.

(3) During the run of the Cuti outside of the country's dependents as referred to in paragraph (2), the concerned employees are exempt from the duties and responsibilities of the office, as well as other rights of the state.

(4) Cuti outside of the dependents country as referred to in Article 14 of the letter c, given the longest of 3 (three) months.

(5) During the run of the Cuti outside of the country's dependents as referred to in paragraph (4), the employee in question is not exempt from the duties and responsibilities of the office, as well as other rights of the country.

(6) The term of the Cuti is outside state dependents are not counted as Polri's work.

Article 16 (1) After the term of the Cuti as referred to in Article 14

the letter a and the letter b ends, the employees in question are required to report themselves in writing directed to Kapolri.

(2) If the employee does not report yourself after the Cuti period as referred to in paragraph (1) terminate, may be subject to the disciplinary sanction or the Code of Conduct of the Polri.

Article 17

(1) Cuti for the Important Reason as referred to in Article 4 of the letter g is given to the Employee, in the case of:

A. Husband/wife, son/daughter-in-law, parents/stepparents, or hard-sick or dead-in-laws;

b. As a suspect/defendant in a criminal case for interest in the examination/trial level/trial; and

c. (2) The Cuti as referred to in paragraph (1) is given the longest of 6

(six) days in 1 (one) year, and if more than 6 (six) days, the excess time is deduted from the annual Cuti rights.

Section 18 (1) Employees are currently being used. running annual Cuti, privileged Cuti, and

Cuti for important reasons at any time can be called to return to service due to the organization's interests.

(2) The employees referred to as referred to in paragraph (1) the remainder of Cuti's unexecuted time remain the right of the employees in question.

(3) The employees who have been granted the Cuti letter may be suspended. or revoked the right of the Cutinya, for the benefit of an urgent organization.

The Third Section of the Official Authorized Officer Granted Leave

Article 19 of the authorized officials provided the Cuti within the country as follows: a. level Mabes Polri:

1. Kapolri, for major officials Mabes Polri and Kapolda; and 2. Kasatfung, for Pati Polri, Pamen Polri, Pama Polri, Brigadier

Polri, and PNS Polri who served on their respective function units;

b. level Polda: 1. Kapolda, for Wakapolda, Kombes Pol, Ajun Major Commissioner

Police (AKBP) as the principal officer of Polda, and Kapolres; and 2. Kasatfung, for AKBP until with Brigadier Polri, and PNS

Polri, which is in charge of the unit function masing-masing; c. level Polres:

1. Kapolres, for Pamen Polri, Pama Polri, and Kapolsek; and 2. Wakapolres, for Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri in the environment

Polres and Polsek. Article 20

Officials are authorized to give the Cuti abroad as follows: a. Kapolri, for Pati Polri, and Kombes Pol as Lead Officer

Mabes Polri; b. As SDM Kapolri for Combes Pol up to with Brigadier Polri and

PNS Polri; and c. Head of Personnel Care Bureau (Karowatpers) SSDM Polri, Special

Religious leave for AKBP up to Brigadier Polri, and PNS Polri.

The Fourth Section of the Cuti Administration Requirements

Article 21 of the annual Cuti administration Requirements includes:

a. a written request from the one concerned to Kasatfung is known by Direct Atasan;

b. Employee's performance assessment; and c. recommendation of Direct Atasan or authorized official.

Article 22 of the annual Cuti administration requirements to overseas include: a. a written request from the concerned to Kasatfung

Mabes Polri/Kapolda; b. life history lists known by SDM development officials; c. photocopy of the first appointment/decision decision to be

Employee; d. application of the Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda to:

1. Kapolri, for the main officials of Mabes Polri and Pati Polri; 2. As SDM Kapolri, for the rank of Kombes Pol until

with Brigadier, and PNS Polri. Article 23

(1) The administrative requirements of the Sick Cuti include: a. notice from the concerned or his family; b. the recommendation of the Kasatfung Level of the Mabes Polri/Kasatwil; and c. the sick letter of the doctor.

(2) Special to the employee who is sick of more than 30 (thirty) days or will be mediated abroad, in addition to the requirements as referred to in the verse (1), mandatory attaching a letter from: a. Kapusdokkes Polri, for Employees on the level of Mabes Polri

and Pati Polri at the regional level; or b. Kabiddokkes Polda, for Employees at the regional level.

Article 24 (1) The special Cuti administrative requirements include:

a. a written request from the concerned; b. life history list is known by function co-officials

SDM on Satfung/Satwil/masing; c. task warrant:

1. following a public development education; 2. operation of conflict areas within the country; and 3. Peace mission abroad.

(2) Special Cuti administrative requirements for employees who are following national/international level sports championships and/or training musicians, including written requests from the leadership of branch organizations the sport that followed or the caretaker of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI).

Article 25 of the Cuti administrative requirements of religious services include:

a. letter of application from Kasatfung level Mabes Polri/Kapolda to: 1. Kapolri, for Pati Polri, and Kombes Pol as officials

main Mabes Polri; 2. As SDM Kapolri, for Kombes Pol; and 3. As SDM Kapolri u.p. Karowatpers SSDM Polri, for AKBP

up to with Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri;

b. a letter of request from the concerned is known by Direct Atasan;

c. photocopy of the decision letter/first appointment; and d. photocopy evidence of ONH/umroh/other religious costs.

Article 26

The administration requirement of the Cuti gives birth to include:

a. a written request from the concerned to Direct Atasan;

b. doctor ' s letter; and c. proposal letter from Atasan Direct to Kasatfung/Kasatwil.

Article 27 of the Cuti administration requirements outside of the country ' s dependents include: a. a written request from the concerned to Kasatfung

Mabes Polri/Kapolda; b. written proposal Kasatfung Mabes Polri /Kapolda to Kapolri; c. list of living history is known by the co-chief of the SDM function; d. a related letter or reason for submitting a Cuti at

outside the state's dependents; e. A statement letter is willing to return to service on time; f. The first decision-making copy of the letter becomes Employee; g. photocopy of the final decision/decision letter;

h. photocopies of husband assignment letters, for those in charge abroad; and

i. a doctor's letter to the person who gave birth to a third child and so on.

Article 28

Cuti administration requirements for important reasons include: a. a written request from the concerned to Atasan

Direct; b. notice of death, if the family dies; c. a doctor's letter, if the parent

kandung/mertua/is/istri/hard-sick; d. Marriage license, for those who will perform the marriage; or e. An explanation as a suspect/defendant in

A criminal case of law enforcement officers. Fifth Part

Tata Cara Proposed Cuti

Article 29 Tata method of proposed annual Cuti, Sick Cuti, privileged Cuti, Cuti childbirth and Cuti for important reasons as follows:

a. level Mabes Polri: 1. principal official Mabes Polri and Kapolda:

a) submitted a written request to Kapolri; and b) after receiving the approval of Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri

via Karowatpers SSDM Polri prepared the letter Cuti for signed Kapolri or Wakapolri if the Kapolri was hindered;

2. Pati Polri who is not the main official of Mabes Polri, and Kombes Pol: a) submitted a written request to Kasatfung; and b) after receiving approval from Kasatfung, officials

the development of SDM functions on Satfung each prepared a letter Leave to be signed Kasatfung;

3. AKBP up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: a) submitted a written request to Kasatfung

via Direct Atasan;

b) after receiving approval from Kasatfung, the leaders of the SDM functions on Satfung each set up a Cuti letter to be signed Kasatfung; and

c) Kasatfung can delegate the authority signing of the Cuti letter to the one-level official that is below;

b. Polda level: 1. Wakapolda, lead official Polda and Kapolres:

a) submitted the Cuti application in writing to Kapolda; and

b) after receiving approval from Kapolda, Karo SDM Polda prepared the Cuti letter to be signed Kapolda or Wakapolda if the Kapolda is hindrous;

2. AKBP is up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: a) applying for the Cuti in writing to

Kasatfung; and b) after receiving approval from Kasatfung, officials

the development of the personnel administration functions on each of the respective countries. Satfung prepares the Cuti letter to be signed Kasatfung;

c. level Polres: 1. Wakapolres, Pamen/Pama Polres and Kapolsek:

a) submit the Cuti application in writing to the Capolres; and

b) after receiving approval from the Capolres, the Chief of the Polres Resource Section prepares the Cuti letter to be signed Capolres or Wakapres if the Kapolres are hindrous;

2. Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: a) submitted the Cuti application in writing to

Kapolres/ Wakapolres; and b) after receiving approval from the Kapolres/Wakapolres,

The Chief of the Polres Resource Section prepared a letter Cuti for signed Wakapolres.

Article 30 (1) Annual Leave Request, Special Cuti, and Cuti spawned

as referred to in Article 29 most slowly submitted 7 (seven) days prior to the execution of Cuti.

(2) The request for the sick leave and the Cuti for important reasons as referred to in Article 29 is submitted as needed.

Article 31 (1) The order of the proposal of the Cuti religious services as follows:

a. major officials Mabes Polri and Kapolda: 1. submitted the Cuti request in writing to

Kapolri; and

2. after receiving approval from Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri prepared the Cuti letter to be signed Kapolri;

b. Pati Polri who is not the main official of Mabes Polri: 1. submitted the Cuti application in writing to

Kapolri through Kasatfung; and 2. after receiving approval from Kapolri, As SDM

Kapolri prepared the Cuti letter to be signed Wakapolri;

c. Kombes Pol: 1. submitted the Cuti application in writing to the Us

SDM Kapolri via Kasatfung/Kapolda; and

2. after receiving approval from As SDM Kapolri, Karowatpers SSDM Polri prepared a Cuti letter to be signed As SDM Kapolri;

d. AKBP is up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: 1. submitted the Cuti application in writing to the Us

SDM Kapolri via Karowatpers SSDM Polri; and 2. after receiving approval from the SSDM Karowatpers

Polri, the Chief of the Rights Service Section prepared the Cuti letter to be signed Karowatpers SSDM Polri.

(2) The Request of Leave as referred to the verse (1) is most slowly submitted 30 (thirty) days prior to the implementation of the Cuti.

Article 32 (1) of the order of the Cuti proposal outside the country's dependents as

following: a. submitted the Cuti application in writing to Kapolri

via Kasatfung/Kapolda, with the Us gust of SDM Kapolri; b. As SDM Kapolri gives advice and advice to

Kapolri on Cuti appeals outside the country's dependents; and

c. if Kapolri agrees, Karowatpers SSDM Polri prepares the Cuti letter to be signed Kapolri.

Article 33 (1) Tata the way of the annual proposal of the Cuti to the overseas as follows:

a. Lead officials Mabes Polri and Kapolda: 1. submitted the Cuti application in writing to

Kapolri; and

2. after receiving approval from Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri prepared the Cuti letter to be signed Kapolri;

b. Pati Polri who is not the main official of Mabes Polri: 1. submitted the Cuti request in writing to

Kapolri through Kasatfung;

2. after receiving approval from Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri prepared the Cuti letter to be signed Wakapolri;

c. Kombes Pol up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: 1. submitted the Cuti application in writing to the Us

SDM Kapolri via Kasatfung/Kapolda; and 2. after receiving approval from As SDM Kapolri,

Karowatpers SSDM Polri prepares the Cuti letter to be signed As SDM Kapolri.

(2) The written request as referred to in paragraph (1) is most slowly submitted 30 (thirty) days before the execution of Cuti.

Article 34

(1) The Cuti application format is listed in the "B" attachment which is an inseparable part of this regulation.

(2) The Cuti mail format is listed in the "C" attachment which is part inseparable from this regulation.

(3) The Kapolri Decision Format on the Cuti Outside State dependents are listed in the "D" attachment which is an inseparable part of this regulation.

CHAPTER III PERMIT

Section of the Home Pass

Section 35

(1) The permit in the country is given to the Employee for: a. attend a seminar invitation/workshop/academic activities; b. perobat/sakit; and c. personal interest.

(2) Permission in the country as referred to in paragraph (1) is given the longest 3 (three) days.

The Second Section

Permission Abroad Article 36

(1) Permission abroad Assigned to: a. attend seminar invitations, workshops, appeal studies, or

academic activities at the cost of service, individually/sponsors;

b. Drugs; c. To pick up the sick man; d. Escort/retrieve the body; and e. personal interest.

(2) Permission abroad as referred to in paragraph (1) given the longest 6 (six) days.

The Third Section

Authorized Officials Provide Permission of Section 37

The authorized officials provide the Permission within the country as follows: a. level Mabes Polri:

1. Kapolri, for the chief officials of Mabes Polri and Kapolda; and 2. Kasatfung, for Pati Polri, Pamen Polri, Pama Polri, Brigadier

Polri, and PNS Polri who are in charge of each unit of function;

b. level Polda: 1. Kapolda, for Wakapolda, Combes Pol, AKBP as officials

main Polda, and Kapolres; and 2. Kasatfung, for AKBP up to Brigadier Polri, and PNS

Polri, who served on their respective functions units. c. Polres level:

1. Kapolres, for Pamen Polri, Pama Polri, and Kapolsek; and 2. Wakapolres, for Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri in the environment

Polres and Polsek. Article 38

The authorized officials grant the following overseas permission as follows: a. Kapolri, for Pati Polri, and Kombes Pol as Leading Officials

Mabes Polri; and b. As SDM Kapolri, for Kombes Pol up to Brigadier Polri and

PNS Polri. Fourth Part

Article 39 Permission Administration Requirements

The permit administration requirements in the country include: a. attend a seminar invitation/workshop/academic activities:

1. a written plea from the concerned to Kasatfung Mabes Polri/ Kasatwil; and

2. photocopy of letter invitations from the seminar committee/workshop/academic activities or sponsors;

b. tort/ache: 1. A written request letter from the concerned to

Kasatfung/ Kasatwil; and 2. a sick certificate from a doctor caring for;

c. personal interest: 1. Written request from concerned to

Kasatfung/ Kasatwil; and 2. other/other documents related to the Permission to

personal interests. Section 40

1. a letter of application from the applicant to Kasatfung Mabes Polri/ Kapolda;

2. a letter from Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda to: a) Kapolri for the principal official of Mabes Polri, and Pati Polri;

and

b) As SDM Kapolri for Combes Member Pol up to the rank of Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri;

3. a list of living history known to the development of SDM function;

4. photocopy of the decision letter/first appointment decision to be Employee; and

5. invitation letter from the organizing committee or sponsor; b. Drug:

1. a written plea from the concerned or his family to Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda; and

2. a letter from Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda to: a) Kapolri, for the principal official of Mabes Polri, Pati Polri and

Kapolda; and b) As SDM Kapolri, for Kombes Pol until with

Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri; 3. The recommendation letter of Kapusdokkes Polri, for the chief official

Mabes Polri, Pati Polri, Kapolda, and Employee at the level of Mabes Polri; and

4. a letter of recommendation from Kabiddokes Polda, for the employees at the regional level;

c. usher/fetch the sick: 1. a written request letter from the concerned to

Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda; 2. letter of application from Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda to:

a) Kapolri for principal officials Mabes Polri and Pati Polri; and

b) As SDM Kapolri, for Kombes Pol up to with Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri;

d. usher/take the body: 1. A written request letter from the concerned to

Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda;

2. a letter from Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda to: a) Kapolri for the main officials of Mabes Polri and Pati Polri;

and b) As SDM Kapolri, for Kombes Pol until with

Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri; 3. attach photocopy of death certificate or news

condolences; e. private interest:

1. a written request from the one concerned to Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda;

2. a letter from Kasatfung Mabes Polri/Kapolda to: a) Kapolri, for the principal official of Mabes Polri, Pati Polri, and

Kapolda; and b) As SDM Kapolri, for Kombes Pol until with

Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri; 3. Another copy of the message associated with

requests for personal interest. Fifth Part

Tata Cara Proposed Permits in Section 41

Tata method of the proposed domestic permit as follows: a. level Mabes Polri:

1. the lead officials of Mabes Polri and Kapolda who will be Permission: a) submit a written request to Kapolri; and b) after receiving the approval of Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri

via Karowatpers SSDM Polri prepared a letter of Permission to be signed by Kapolri or Wakapolri if the Kapolri is hindered;

2. Pati Polri who is not the main official of Mabes Polri and Kombes Pol: a) submitted a written request to Kasatfung; and b) after receiving approval from Kasatfung, officials

the development of the SDM functions on Satfung each prepared a letter of Permission to sign Kasatfung;

3. AKBP up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: a) submitted a written request to Kasatfung

via Direct Atasan;

b) after receiving approval from Kasatfung, the leaders of the SDM functions on Satfung each set up a license to sign Kasatfung; and

c) Kasatfung can delegate the authority signing of a license letter to an official of one level below;

b. Polda level: 1. Wakapolda, principal officer of Polda and Kapolres:

a) applied for a written Permission to Kapolda; and

b) after receiving approval from Kapolda, Karo SDM Polda prepared a letter of Permission to be signed Kapolda or Wakapolda if the Kapolda is hindrous;

2. AKBP is up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: a) applying for Permission in writing to

Kasatfung; and b) after receiving approval from Kasatfung, the official

development of the personnel administration functions on each Satfung set up a license to sign Kasatfung;

c. level Polres: 1. Wakapolres, Pamen/Pama Polres and Kapolsek:

a) apply for a written Permission to the Capolres; and

b) after receiving approval from the Capolres, the Chief of the Polres Resource Section prepares a license to be signed. Capolres or Wakapres if the Kapolres are hindrous;

2. Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: a) applied for the Permission in writing to

Kapolres/Wakapolres: and b) after receiving approval from the Capolres/Wakapolres,

The Chief of the Polres Resource Section prepared a license to signed Wakapolres.

Section 42 Requests For Permission as referred to in Section 41 are submitted most slowly 7 (seven) days prior to the execution of the Permit.

The Sixth Part of the manner of the proposed overseas permit

Article 43 of the manner of the manner of the proposal of a permit overseas to the following:

a. major officials Mabes Polri and Kapolda: 1. apply for Permission in writing to Kapolri;

and 2. after receiving approval from Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri

setting up a license to sign Kapolri; b. Pati Polri who is not the main official of Mabes Polri:

1. submitted a written request in writing to Kapolri via Kasatfung; and

2. after receiving approval from Kapolri, As SDM Kapolri prepared a Letter of Permission to be signed Wakapolri;

c. Kombes Pol up to Brigadier Polri and PNS Polri: 1. submitted a written request in writing to As SDM

Kapolri via Kasatfung/Kapolda; and 2. after receiving approval from As SDM Kapolri,

Karowatpers SSDM Polri prepared a letter of Permission to be signed As SDM Kapolri.

Article 44

A Request for Permission as referred to in Article 43 was submitted the slowest 14 (four (1) the days prior to the execution of the License.

Section 45

(1) The Permissions Format is set forth in the "E" attachment which is an inseparable part of this regulation.

(2) The license format is listed in the "F" attachment which is part inseparable from this regulation.

BAB IV

PROVISIONS OF THE CONCLUDING ARTICLE 46

At the time this rule came into effect, then the Decree of Kapolri No. Pol.: Skep/1005/XII/2004 on the Tata Cara Administrative Guidelines Submission and Licensing and Cuti in the Polri Environment, revoked and declared to be unapplicable.
