CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

4. The Power of the Budget User, subsequently called the KPA, is the official established by the PA to use the APBN or set by the Chief of Regions to use the APBD.

5. The Commitment-maker, then called PPK, is the official responsible for the implementation of the procurement of goods/services.

6. The Procurement Services Unit, which is subsequently called the ULP, is a unit of government organization that serves to carry out the procurement of goods/services in the Ministry/Regional/Regional Government/Institution that is permanent, may stand alone or attach to Existing units.

7. Procurement officials, who are subsequently called PP, are personnel appointed to carry out the Immediate Abolition.

8. The Goods/Services Procurement General Plan, further called RUP, is an activity consisting of the identification of the necessary Goods/Services K/L/D/I, the drafting and setting of budgeting plans up to the preparation of the Workspace Framework (KID).

9. SwakManaged is the existence of the Goods/Services where the work is planned, worked, and/or supervised by K/L/D/I as a budget charge, other government agencies and/or community groups.

10. The Goods/Services Provider is an enterprise entity or person who provides the Goods/Construction Services/Other Services.

BAB II PURPOSE

Section 2 The purpose of this rule is (1) provides reference to PA/KPA, PPK and ULP/PP in the environment

K/L/D/I, in the layout of the RUP announcement.

(2) It embodied the similarity of understanding of the RUP and the uniformity of the RUP announcement format.

(3) Extend the RUP announcement by using the application provided by the LKPP.

BAB III

THE SCOPE OF SECTION 3

The scope of the RUP includes: (1) RUP via SwakManager. (2) RUP through the Goods/Services Provider Elections.

CHAPTER IV OF THE PROCUREMENT GENERAL PLAN

Article 4 (1) The things that need to be included in the RUP:

a. RUP through SwakManaged: 1. Number; 2. Date; 3. Name K/L/D/I; 4. Address; 5. Order number of activities: Code and unit name of the working unit; 7. Name of activities or procurement package/work; 8. The value of the IBM Software as a Service ("IBM SaaS") is a unique identifier for which the Cloud Service can be used. The volume of the Managed Cloud Service is available through a wide lelang/selex;

10. The value of other procurement activities not implemented through lelang/selex;

11. The location of the job; 12. The source of the fund; 13. The earliest date is lelang/selex; 14. The date is complete/selex; 15. Start date of job execution;

16. Date of completion of job execution; and 17. Description.

b. RUP through the Goods/Services Provider: 1. Number; 2. Date; 3. Name K/L/D/I; 4. Address; 5. Number of procurement package (s); 6. Code and unit name of the working unit; 7. Name of the procurement package package; 8. Name of activity; 9. Kind of shopping;

10. Type of procurement; 11. The value of procurement package/work with lelang/selex; 12. The procurement/job package value with the designation

direct procurement/direct procurement;

13. Procurement package value/job with purchase electronically;

14. Volume of procurement packages/works; 15. Job location; 16. Source of funds; 17. Early date of execution of provider selection; 18. Date completed execution of provider selection; 19. Early date of job execution; 20. Date completed execution of work; and 21. Description.

(2) In the RUP through a Managed Cloud Service, activities that go through direct appointment/electronic purchases may be combined into one group.
