Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 424, 2012 REGULATION of the MINISTER of EDUCATION and CULTURE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 15 in 2012 ABOUT the ORGANIZATION OF WORK of the SECRETARIAT and the CENSORSHIP of the FILM with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of EDUCATION and CULTURE of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to support the implementation of the censorship of films and advertising film done by the Film Censorship, the need to establish the Secretariat of the Censorship of the Film;
b. that with respect to the considerations referred to in letter a, the need to set a regulation of the Minister of education and culture of the Secretariat of the Censorship of the Film;

CHAPTER I the POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of article 1 (1) the Film Censorship Institute Secretariat hereinafter referred to as the Secretariat of the LSF is a staff that helps the Film Censorship Institute.
(2) the Secretariat of the LSF is led by a head under and is responsible to the Minister of education and culture through the Secretary-General.
Article 2 the Secretariat has the task of implementing LSF outreach censorship of movies and advertising films.

Article 3 in carrying out the tasks referred to in article 2, the secretariat hosted the LSF functions: a. the preparation of plans, programs, and budget of the Secretariat of the LSF;

b. service process of censorship;

c. Services techniques;

d. the Ministry of supervision and the results of the censorship of the film;
e. correspondence, archival Affairs, employment, finance, State-owned goods, and kerumahtanggaan secretariat of the LSF.
CHAPTER II ORGANIZATION article 4 Secretariat LSF consists of: a. Subsections Program and evaluation;

b. Subsection service of process of Censorship;

c. Subsection Techniques;

d. the Ministry of Supervision and the results of Subsections Censorship;

e. General Subsections; and f. the functional Position of the group.

Article 5 (1) Subsections Evaluation Program and had the task of doing the preparation of plans, programs and budgets, evaluation and reporting, as well as management of documentation and archives of the Film Censorship Institute.
(2) Subsections Censorship Process Service has the task of conducting the preparation of data, measurement of censorship, editing the results of sensor, control of the record and tally the cost of censorship and the creation of event news censorship.
(3) Subsections Technique has the task of conducting the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and infrastructure to censorship of movies and advertising films.
(4) Subsections Servicing and monitoring the results of Censorship had the task of doing the making of letters pass or not pass and pass the censorship of movies and advertising films as well as monitoring the implementation of the results of the censorship of movies and advertising films released and/or performed.
(5) Subsections have a job doing Public Affairs planning, finance, personnel, correspondence, archives, State-owned goods, and kerumahtanggaan secretariat of the LSF.
Article 6 (1) a functional Office Group has the task of carrying out the activities in accordance with their respective functional position based on legislation.

CHAPTER III article 8 WORKING LAYOUT of each unit of the organization helped the Secretariat in carrying out the task of LSF censorship of films and film ads in accordance with policies established by the Minister of education and culture.

Article 9 in the discharge of duty, each unit of the organization is obliged to apply the principle of coordination, synchronization and integration, both at their respective environments as well as between units of organization in the Secretariat as well as with LSF environment agencies outside the Secretariat of LSF in accordance with his duties, respectively.

Article 10 Each unit leader of the organization is obligated to supervise his subordinates each and if there are irregularities in order to take the necessary measures in accordance with the legislation.

Article 11 Each unit leader organizations in the environmental secretariat of the LSF is responsible to lead and co-ordinate each of his subordinates and provide guidance as well as guidance for the implementation of a task to a subordinate.

Article 12 Each organization unit leader at the environmental secretariat of the LSF is obligated to follow and comply with the instructions, are accountable to their respective superiors, and report regularly on time.

Article 13 each report received by the head of the Secretariat of the LSF of mandatory subordinate processed and used as a basis for preparing the report and to provide further guidance to subordinates.

CHAPTER VI CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 18 with the enactment of the Ordinance of the Minister of education and culture, Minister of culture and tourism Numbers km. 46/OT. 001/MKP/2004 concerning the organisation of work and the Secretariat of the Censorship of the Film stated does not apply.

Article 7 change in the composition of the Organization and work according to the regulation of the Minister of education and culture, established by the Minister responsible for organizing the Affairs of Government in the field of culture and education after obtaining written consent of the Minister responsible for organizing the Affairs of Government in the field of utilization of State apparatus and reform the bureaucracy.
