ABOUT
THE ORGANIZATION AND LAYOUT OF THE FILM ' S SECRETARIAT AGENCY SECRETARIAT
WITH THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to support the implementation of film censorship and film advertising carried out by the Film Censor Institute, it needs to form the Secretariat of the Film Censor Institute;
B. that in respect of consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the Secretariat of the Film Censor Board;
Remembering: 1. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
3. Act No. 33 Year 2009 on Cinema (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia 2009 Number 141, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5060);
4. Government Regulation No. 7 of 1994 on Film Censor Board (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1994 Number 12);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last by Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and the Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
7. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;

DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE RULES ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF SECRETARIAT INSTITUTE OF FILM CENSORSHIP.
BAB I
THE POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The next Secretariat of the Film Censor Institute called the LSF Secretariat is a staff element that assists the Film Censor Institute.
(2) The LSF Secretariat is headed by a head who is under and is responsible to the Minister of Education and Culture through the Secretary General.
Section 2
The LSF Secretariat has the task of carrying out film censorship and film advertising services.
Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the LSF Secretariat organizes functions:
a. the drafting of the LSF Secretariat plan, program, and budget;
B. service of the censorship process;
c. engineering service;
D. service and supervision of the film sensor results;
e. Management, employment, employment, finance, state-owned goods, and to the LSF Secretariat's house.
BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT
Section 4
The LSF Secretariat consists of:
a. Program subsections and Evaluation;
B. Subpart of the Censorship Process Services;
C. Engineering Subsections;
D. Service Subsections And Supervision Of Censorship Results;
e. General subsections; and
f. Functional Office Groups.
Section 5
(1) The Program's subsections and Evaluation have the task of drafting plan, program and budget, evaluation and reporting, as well as the management and archive of the Film Censor Institute's documentation and archives.
(2) Subsection of the Censorship Process Ministry has the task of drafting censorship data, measurement, editing of sensor results, record and calculation of sensor costs and the creation of news censorship events.
(3) The Engineering Subsection has the task of conducting operation, maintenance, and repair of the means and infrastructure of film censorship and film advertising.
(4) Service Subsections and Censorship Results have the task of conducting graduate or non-graduate mail and film censorship, film and film censorship, and monitoring of film censorship and film advertising. And/or a show.
(5) The General Subsection has the task of conducting planning, finance, employment, surcharge, kearcipan, state goods, and to the house of the LSF Secretariat.
Section 6
(1) The Functional Position Group has the task of carrying out activities in accordance with their respective functional positions under the laws.
(2) The Functional Position Group consists of a number of functional positions divided in various groups according to the field of its activities.
(3) Functional Office Group referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a functional power as a coordinator appointed by and responsible to the Head of the LSF Secretariat.
(4) The amount of the functional power as referred to in paragraph (2) is determined based on the need and workload.
(5) The task, type, and functional body as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed under the laws.

ETHIZATION
Section 7
(1) The Head of the Secretariat is the structural post of III.a.
(2) Subsection Chief is the structural position of IV.a echelon.
BAB III
WORK LAYOUT
Section 8
Each organization unit assists the LSF Secretariat in carrying out film censorship duties and film advertising in accordance with the policy set by the Minister of Education and Culture.
Section 9
In carrying out tasks, each organization unit is required to implement the principles of coordination, integration, and synchronization in both the environment and between the organizational units in the LSF Secretariat environment and with the agencies outside the Secretariat. LSF corresponds to their respective duties.
Section 10
Each member of the organizational unit is required to supervise its respective subordinates and in the event of an aberration in order to take the necessary steps in accordance with the laws.
Section 11
Each organizational unit leader in the LSF Secretariat environment is responsible for leading and coordinating their respective subordinates and providing guidance as well as instructions for the execution of subordinate tasks.
Section 12
Each member of the organizational unit in the LSF Secretariat environment is required to follow and adhere to the directions, be responsible to their respective superiors, and relay the report on a regular basis in time.
Section 13
Any report received by the Head of the LSF Secretariat of a subordinate is required to be processed and used as a further report composition material and to provide instructions to the subordinate.
Section 14
In passing their respective reports to the superior, the stews are mandatory also to another organization unit that is functionally related to work.
Section 15
In carrying out the task of each organization unit leader is assisted by the head of the organization units under it and in order to provide guidance to the respective subordinates each is required to hold a periodic meeting.
BAB IV
OTHER LAIN-CONDITIONS
Section 16
The details of the task as an enlarging of the duties and functions in the Minister of Education and Culture Rules are set further by the Education and Cultural Ministers ' Regulations.
BAB V
THE TRANSITION PROVISION
Section 17
(1) All duties and functions as the implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Number KM.46/OT.001/MKP/2004 on the Organization and Workforce of the Secretariat of the Film Censor Board, still remain in place until it is fixed. The organization and organization of the LSF Secretariat and the provisions of implementation are in accordance with the Regulation of this Minister.
(2) The adjustments as referred to in paragraph (1) are performed the slowest 6 (six) months since the Ordinance of this Minister's Rule.
BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 18
With the enactment of this Minister of Education and Culture Regulation, the Decree of the Minister of Culture and Tourism The Number KM.46/OT.001/MKP/2004 on the Organization and the Working Governance Secretariat Film Secretariat is declared to be not applicable.
Section 19
The changes to the organizational structure and the work according to the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture, are defined by the Minister responsible for the implementation of government affairs in education and culture upon receiving a written consent of the Minister responsible for the holding of government affairs in the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform.
Section 20
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
