THE EIGHTH CHANGE TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 28, 2001
ABOUT THE SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY MEMBER
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve the purpose and outcome of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Members, it is necessary to raise the principal salary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces;
B. that the principal salary of the members of the Indonesian National Armed Forces as set forth in the Order of Government Regulation No. 12 of 2011 on the Seventh Amendment to the Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Regulation of the Armed Forces of the Army National Indonesia needs to be changed;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Eighth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the Indonesian National Army;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 1958 on the Redemption of Emergency Law No. 26 of 1957 on Members of the War Force based on the Association of Volunteer Service (Volunteer Military) (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1957 Number 83) as Law (sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia 1958 Number 60, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1616);
3. Law No. 8 Year 1974 on PoanPokok Keemployers (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia 1974 Number 55, Supplementary Sheet Republic Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by the 1999 Act No. 43 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
4. Act No. 34 of 2004 on the Indonesian National Army (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 127, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4439);
5. Government Regulation No. 24 Year 1973 on Military Forces/Police In the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 1973 Number 30, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3006);
6. Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The National Army Of Indonesia (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2001 Number 51, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4093) as has been seven times amended last with the Government Regulation 2011 Number 12 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 25);
7. Government Regulation No. 39 of 2010 on the Administration of the National Army of Indonesia (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 50, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5120);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE EIGHTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 28 OF 2001 ON THE PAYROLL REGULATIONS OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY MEMBERS.
Section 1
1. Changing Annex of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The National Army Of Indonesia (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2001 Number 51, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 4093) Times modified with the Government Regulation:
a. Number 13 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 19);
B. Number 67 In 2005 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 152);
C. Number 11 of 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 27);
D. Number 12 of 2008 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008 No. 25);
e. Number 20 In 2009 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009 No. 37);
f. Number 26 of 2010 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2010 No. 32); and
G. Number 12 of 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 No. 25),
so as to be as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.
2. The terms referred to in figure 1 entered into force on 1 January 2012.
Section II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
In order for everyone to know it, order the invitational of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
