AUDITOR ' S COMPETENCY STANDARDS

I. Primary Auditor Competency Standard

a. Overview Title:

The primary auditor must have the competency to plan, evaluate and control the quality of execution activities.

b. Competency:

1. The primary auditor is required to have the primary Auditor's competence as set forth in the Financial Supervisory Board's Regulation and Development PER-211 /K/JF/2010 on the Standard Auditor Competence.

2. The primary auditor has the ability to evaluate the Operational Standards of Procedure, regulations, policies and authority and coordination done in the service of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia travel documents, awarding facilities and immigration actions and are able to evaluate the blue print of the immigration.

3. The primary auditor has the ability to evaluate the Operational Standards of Procedure, regulations, policies and authority as well as coordination done in the execution of registration and statistics of the citizens, the ministry of the citizens and able to evaluate blue print Correctional.

3. Young auditors have the ability to understand and implement the operational standards of procedures, regulations, policies and authority in the service of the Indonesian Republic's travel documents, awarding facilities and immigration actions and being able to understand blue print immigration.

4. Section 7 of the technical competence as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b consists of: a. The competency of the immigration field; b. the competency of the correctional field; c. the competency of the field; d the competence of the field of human rights; and e. The competency of the intellectual property rights field.

Section 8 of the Auditor Competence as referred to in Section 5 is set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

2. Advanced auditors know the operational standards of procedures, regulations, policies and authority in the service of the Indonesian Republic's travel documents, awarding facilities and immigration measures as well as knowing blue print of immigration.

3. Advanced auditors know the operational standards of procedures, regulations, policies and the authority and coordination performed in the execution of registration and the statistics of the citizens, the services of the citizens and know blue print correctional.

4. Advanced Managing Auditors know the operational standards of procedures, regulations, policies and authority as well as coordination performed in the granting of legal certainty, legal administration, drafting, legalization, harmonization of regulations laws, and knowledge of the blue print of the Legal Administration System of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
