THE EIGHTH CHANGE TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29, 2001
ABOUT THE SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC STATE POLICE FORCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to improve the purpose and outcome of the Indonesian National Police, it is necessary to raise the principal salary of the Member of the State Police.
B. that the principal salary of the members of the Indonesian National Police as set forth in the Government Regulation Appendix 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the State Police of Indonesia which has been several times amended Last with the Government Regulation Number 13 of 2011 on Seventh Amendment to Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji the Indonesian National Police Department needs to be changed;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Eighth Amendment to Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Rules of Gaji Members of the Republican Police Indonesia;

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Law No. 8 Year 1974 on PokePokok Keemployers (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Additional Leaf Indonesia Republic Indonesia Number 3041) as amended by the 1999 Act No. 43 (sheet State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1999 Number 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3890);
3. Act No. 2 of 2002 on the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2002 No. 2, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4168);
4. Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Payroll Ordinance of the Indonesian Republic of Indonesia (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia 2001 No. 52 Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4094) as it has been seven times Last modified with Government Regulation 2011 Number 13 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 26);

DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE EIGHTH CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 29 OF 2001 ON SALARY REGULATIONS OF THE Indonesian REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA STATE POLICE.

Section 1
1. Changing Annex of Government Regulation No. 29 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The Members Of The Indonesian National Police (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2001 Number 52, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4094), as has been changed several times with the Government Regulation:
a. Number 14 of 2003 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2003 No. 20);
B. Number 68 In 2005 (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 No. 153);
C. Number 12 of 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 28);
D. Number 13 of 2008 (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 26);
e. Number 21 Year 2009 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2009 Number 38);
f. Number 27 of 2010 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2010 No. 33); and
G. Number 13 of 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 No. 26),
so as to be as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.
2. The terms referred to in figure 1 entered into force on 1 January 2012.

Section II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.

In order for everyone to know it, order the invitational of this Government Regulation with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
