SOCIAL MINISTER REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

ABOUT
THE SOCIAL MINISTRY ' S STRATEGIC PLAN OF 2010-2014
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
SOCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that as the execution of Section 14 of the paragraph (1) and Section 15 of the paragraph (1) of the Law No. 25 of 2004 on the National Development Planning System and to ensure the development of social welfare in order to be effective, efficient, and targeted, required of a strategic plan for a period of 5 (five) years;
B. that by the establishment of the Regulation of the Social Ministers Number 86 /HUK/2010 on the Organization and the Working Order of the Ministry of Social Affairs, there are organizational changes and workworks in the Ministry of Social Affairs;
c. that the Decree of the Social Minister Number 10 /HUK/2010 on the Strategic Plan of the Social Welfare Development of the Year 2010-2014 is already not compatible with the conditions of the Ministry of Social Affairs, so it needs to be replaced;
D. that based on the consideration of the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, it is necessary to establish the Social Minister's Regulation on the Strategic Plan of the Social Welfare Development of 2010-2014;

4. Government Regulation No. 40 Year 2006 on the Tata Cara Drafting National Development Plan (Sheet Country Indonesia Year 2006 Number 97, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4664);

6. The Presidential Decree No. 74 of 2001 on the Tata Way Monitoring the Local Government;
7. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II;
8. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 76 of 2011;
9. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
10. Social Minister Regulation Number 86 /HUK/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Social Affairs;
DECIDED:
Establish: SOCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE SOCIAL MINISTRY OF 2010-2014.
Section 1
(1) The Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Social Affairs of 2010-2014 became a guideline for every social welfare organizer in the center and as a reference for any social welfare organizers in the area.
(2) The Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Social Affairs as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in Annex I, with the Matrix Strategic Plan as set forth in Annex II which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 2
The Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Social Affairs as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1), with the systematics as follows:
a. Chapter I about the Introduction;
B. Chapter II on Vision, Mission, and Purpose;
C. Chapter III on the Direction of Policy and Strategy; and
D. Chapter IV about the Ending.
Section 3
(1) The Strategic Plan as referred to in Section 1 is outlined to the plan of the workspace program of the eselon work unit I.
(2) The Strategic Plan as referred to in Article 1 is outlined each year into the Ministry of Social Ministry ' s Annual Work Plan.
Section 4
The implementation of the Strategic Plan as referred to in Article 1 is evaluated annually and evaluated as a whole by the end of its implementation.
Section 5
By the time this Regulation came into effect, the Social Minister ' s Decision Number 10 /HUK/2010 decision on the Strategic Plan of the Social Welfare Development of the Year 2010-2014, was revoked and stated to be not applicable.
Section 6
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
