ABOUT VISIT VISA UPON ARRIVAL
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve the quality of social and economic relations between the country of Laos and the state of Cambodia, it has been agreed upon visa-free policy based on reciprocal principles or resiprocals;
B. that the follow-up visa-free agreement between the Indonesian state and the state of Laos and the state of Cambodia has been set up in Presidential Regulation No. 43 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2003 on Visa-Free Short visit, by including the state of Laos and the state of Cambodia as one of the particular countries free visit visas;
c. that by the establishment of Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2003 on the Free Visa Free Visit as have been last modified by the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2011 on the Third Amendment of the United States. Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2003 on Free Visa Free Visit then list of citizens of a particular country subject visa subjects during the arrival listed in Annex I of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visiting Visa On Arrival as it has been several times Last modified with the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visa Visiting During the Arrival, needs change;
D. that under consideration as in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c need to specify the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights on the Fourth Amendment to the Ordinance of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 2010 on Visa Visas During the Arrival;

Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 18 Year 2003 on the Free Visa Free Visit as has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2011 on the Third Amendment of the Decision President Number 18 of 2003 on Free Visa Free Visit;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 141);
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Tasting and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Task and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011) Number 142);

HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visa Visiting During the Arrival (State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011) Number 331);
8. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-05.OT.01.01 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (News of the Republic of Indonesia of 2010 No. 676);
DECIDED:
SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS ON THE FOURTH CHANGE OVER THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS NUMBER M. HH-01.GR.01.06 OF 2010 ON A VISIT VISA UPON ARRIVAL.
Article I
Conditions in Appendix I of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visa Visiting During the Arrival (State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 12) which has been several times amended with Rules of the Minister of Law and Human Rights:
a. M. HH-03.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visiting Visa On Arrival (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 243);
b. number M. HH-04.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visa Visiting During the Arrival (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 264);
c. number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visa Visiting upon Arrival (State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 331);
amended by removing the country of Cambodia and the state of Laos from the list of citizens of a given country subject visa subjects upon arrival as set forth in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
