BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Regulation referred to:

6. Election Supervising Board, further abbreviated as Bawaslu, is an Election-organizing institution in charge of overseeing elections throughout the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia.
7. Provincial Election Supervising Committee and Supervising Committee of the District/City Elections, further abbreviated Panwaslu Province and Panwaslu Regency/Kota, are the Panitia formed by Bawaslu to oversee the holding of Elections in the provincial region and the State of the District. -District/City.
8. Panitia Supervising Election District, next shortened to Panwaslu District, is a committee formed by Panwaslu Regency/City that is responsible for overseeing the elections in the district or other names.
