SOCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to carry out the duties and functions of service, rehabilitation and social protection for children and children who require special protection, need to be formed Orphanage Social Care for the region of Aceh and Sumatra;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Social Minister ' s Regulation on the Organization and the Orphanage Social Care System Darussa’adah Aceh;

DECIDED:
SET: THE SOCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE SOCIAL CARE SYSTEM OF THE CHILDREN OF DARUSSA ’ADAH ACEH.
BAB I
THE POSITION, DUTY AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) Child Care Social Care “Darussa’adah” Aceh is next in this Regulation called PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh is a Technical Managing Unit in the environment of the Social Ministry that is below and is responsible to the Director General of Social Rehabilitation and functionally scouted by the Director of Child Social Welfare.
(2) PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Chief.
Section 2
PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh has a task of providing curative guidance, service, rehabilitation and social protection, rehabilitative, promotional, in the form of basic knowledge, physical, mental, social, training. skills, a resoscillation of advanced guidance for children and children who require special protection.
Section 3
In performing the tasks referred to in Article 2, PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh organizes function:
a. Drafting of the program plan and budget, evaluation and report;
B. implementation of registration, observation, identification, social diagnosis and care of child and child care that requires special protection;
c. The execution of social services covering health care and the designation of social diagnostics, care, basic knowledge guidance and education for children who require nurturing;
D. the implementation of social rehabilitation that includes mental, physical and skill guidance for children and children who require special protection;
e. exercise of resocialization, channising and advanced guidance for children and children who require special protection;
f. the implementation of social protection, social advocacy and referrals for children and children who require special protection;
G. implementation of the rehabilitation model center and the social protection of children and children who require special protection; and
h. the execution of the business business.
BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Section 4
PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh consists of:
a. Enterprise Business;
B. Subsection Of Child Care Social Services;
C. Subsections Rehabilitation and Social Protection; and
D. Functional Position Groups;
Section 5
(1) The Business of Business and/or IBM Business as a Service (as defined in this section) is subject to the terms and terms of the IBM International Program (s) which are included in the Program.
(2) The subsection of Child Care Social Services as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b has the duty of registration, observation, indentification, social diagnosis, health and care maintenance, basic knowledge guidance and Education, mental, social, physical, channaking skills and the advanced guidance of social services for children who need nurturing.
(3) Subsection of Rehabilitation And Social Protection as referred to in Article 4 of the letter c has the task of registration, observation, indentification, social diagnosis and social advocacy, mental, physical, skills, skills, and/or social security, Socialization, dissemination and advanced guidance for children who require special protection and carry out rehabilitation models and child social protection that require special protection.
Section 6
Functional Position Groups as referred to in Section 4 of the d have the task of performing activities in accordance with their respective functional positions under the terms of the laws.
Section 7
(1) The Functional Position Group as referred to in Section 6 consists of a number of functional positions divided into various functional office groups according to the field of expertise.
(2) Each Functional Position Group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a functional official set forth by the Chief Panti.
(3) The amount of the functional power as referred to in paragraph (1) is determined based on the need and workload.
(4) The type and type of functional title as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed under the provisions of the laws.
Section 8
(1) To support the implementation of PSAA duties and functions “Darussa’adah” Aceh, formed Installation Production.
(2) Installation of the Production as referred to in paragraph (1) has the task of carrying out productive work skills activities which are economically productive for children and children who require special protection.
(3) The Production Installation as referred to in paragraph (1) is led by a Coordinator appointed by the Chief of Panti.
(4) The Production Installation Coordinator is below and is responsible to the Chief Panti and technically coordinates with the Subsection Chief as per the respective field of duty.
Section 9
The PSAA Organization chart “Darussa’adah” Aceh as set forth in this Regulation appendix is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
BAB III
WORK LAYOUT
Section 10
Head of the Home, Head of Business and Subsection Subsection in performing his duties required to implement the principles of coordination, integration, synchronization and supervision in both the respective environment and between the organizational units in its environment and with the other instances in accordance with their respective tasks.
Section 11
The leaders of the organization units in the PSAA environment “Darussa’adah” Aceh in carrying out its mandatory duties to supervise its respective subordinates and in the event of an aberration to take the necessary steps according to the provisions Laws.
Section 12
The leaders of the organization units in the PSAA environment “Darussa’adah” Aceh is obliged to follow and adhere to the directions and be accountable to their respective superiors as well as delivering periodic reports just in time.
Section 13
The leadership of the unit units of the organization in the PSAA environment “Darussa’adah” Aceh is required to process and use any reports received from its subordinates as material for the drafting of further reports and to provide Directions to the subordinate.
Section 14
The report submitted to the employer, its conscription is required to be delivered to another organization unit unit that functionally has a working relationship.

Section 15
(1) Panti head is the structural position of eselon IV.a.
(2) The Head of Affairs and the Chief Subsection is the structural position of the eselon V.a.

Section 16
PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh is in the Great Aceh Regency of Aceh Province.
Section 17
The service areas of the PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh includes Aceh Province and other areas of Sumatra.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 18
Changes to the organization and the work of PSAA “Darussa’adah” Aceh under the Ordinance of this Minister, set by the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia after receiving written consent from the Minister who organizes government affairs in the field of state apparatus of apparatus and bureaucratic reform.
Section 19
