PORNOGRAPHY PREVENTION AND HANDLING TASK FORCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 42 of the No. 44 Act of 2008 on Pornography need to establish the President ' s Regulation on the Prevention and Handling Task Force of pornography;

Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law No. 44 Year 2008 on Pornography (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2008 Number 181, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4928);

DECIDED:

Establish: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PREVENTION AND HANDLING TASK FORCE OF PORNOGRAPHY.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Pornography Task Force and the Handling Pornography Task Force, the next so-called Task Force is a co-ordinative agency tasked with coordinating the prevention and handling of pornography.

BAB II
POSITION AND TASK
Section 2
The Task Force is below and is responsible to the President.

Section 3
The Task Force is based in the State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia.

Section 4
The Task Force has a task:
a. coordinate the prevention and handling of pornographic problems;
B. monitoring the implementation of pornography prevention and handling;
c. carry out the socialization, education, and cooperation of prevention and handling of pornography; and
D. carrying out evaluations and reporting.

BAB III
ORGANIZATION
Section 5
(1) The Task Force Organization consists of the Chairman and Member.
(2) The Leader of the Task Force as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. Speaker: Coordinating Minister for the People ' s Welfare Field;
B. Chairman of the Daily: Minister of Religion.
(3) The Task Force member as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. Minister of Communications and Informatics;
B. Minister for Women ' s Empowerment and Child Protection;
C. Minister of Law and Human Rights;
D. Minister of Education and Culture;
e. Interior Minister;
f.   Minister of Industry;
G. Trade Minister;
h. Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy;
i.   Health Minister;
J.   Minister of Social Affairs;
No, Minister of Youth and Sports;
I.   Head of the State Police of Indonesia;
m. the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia;
N. Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission; and
O. Chairman of the Film Censor Board.

Section 6
(1) In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 4, the Task Force may form the Sub-Cluster Task Force.
(2) The Sub-Cluster Task Force as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by an official eselon I official in the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
(3) Members of the Subgroup Task Force as referred to in paragraph (2) are composed of government elements and may involve society, academia, practitioners, and law enforcement.
(4) The provisions of membership, duties, and workouts of Sub Cluster Task Force are governed by the Chairman of the Task Force.

BAB IV
PROVINCIAL TASK FORCE AND
KABUPATEN/CITY TASK FORCE
Section 7
(1) In the Province may be formed Provincial Task Force in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(2) The Provincial Task Force is below and is responsible to the governor.

Section 8
(1) In District/City may be formed by the District/City Task Force in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(2) District/City Task Groups are below and are responsible for the mayor/mayor.

Section 9
Arrangements regarding the task, organizational structure, membership, and work of the Provincial Task Force and the District/City Task Force are governed in accordance with the provisions of the laws with regard to the provisions set out in the Regulation. This president.

BAB V
WORK LAYOUT
Section 10
(1) The Chairman is the highest organ in the Task Force and is responsible for the prevention and handling policies of pornography.
(2) The Daily Chairman is responsible to the Chair in the implementation of the prevention and handling duties of pornography.

Section 11
(1) In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 4, the Task Force organizes Pleno Meeting and Daily Meeting.
(2) The Plenary Meeting is attended by the Chairman and the Members who are held at least 1 (one) times in 1 (one) year led by the Chairman.
(3) Daily Meeting is attended by Members who are held at least 4 (four) times in 1 (one) year presided over by the Chairman of the Daily.

Section 12
In regards to the need, the meeting as referred to in Article 11 may include the Provincial Task Force and the District/City Task Force.

BAB VI
SECRETARIAT
Section 13
(1) To assist the agility of the execution of the task, the Task Force is assisted by the Secretariat.
(2) The Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Head of the Secretariat who ex officio is held by echelon II officials in the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
(3) The Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (1) is tasked with providing technical and administrative support to the Task Force.

BAB VII
MONITORING, EVALUATION, AND REPORTING
Section 14
The Task Force performs monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on the prevention and handling of pornography on a regular basis.

Section 15
(1) The Chairman of the Task Force is required to report the implementation of the prevention and handling of pornography to the President annually and five annual.
(2) The annual report as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered to the President at least 3 (three) months after the end of the budget year.
(3) The annual 5 (five) Report as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered to the President at least 3 (three) months after the end of the budget year.

BAB VIII
FINANCING
Section 16
(1) All costs necessary for the implementation of the Task Force Group are charged on the State Budget and Shopping C.q State Shopping Budget Ministry of Religious Affairs.
(2) All costs required for the implementation of the Provincial Task Force Cluster, the District/City Task Force is charged on each Provincial and District/City Regional Shopping Revenue and Shopping Budget each.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 17
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
