MINERAL STANDARD MIX
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that infant mortality rates and child mortality rates in Indonesia are still high, which among others is caused by acute respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, measles, and perinatal disorders, as well as being weighed in with poor nutritional conditions;
B. that in order to accelerate the healing and recovery of a child suffering from bad nutrition, it needs to be given an additional mineral mix as an additive to make Rehydration Solution for Malnutrition(ReSoMal) and the WHO formula According to the manner of bad nutrition,
c. that based on the consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Mineral Mix Mix with the Health Minister Regulation;

5. Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 144, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 5063);
6. Government Regulation No. 69 Year 1999 on Label and Food Advertising (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1999 Number 131, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3867);

8. Health Minister ' s Decision Number 1593 /Menkes/SK/XI/2005 concerning Nutritional Adequates Recommended For Indonesian People;
9. Health Minister Regulation Number 1144 /Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 on the Organization and Working Tata of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia;
DECIDED:
Establish: HEALTH MINISTER REGULATIONS ON THE MINERAL STANDARDS MIX.
Section 1
The Mineral Mix standards are listed in the Attachment that are an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 2
The Mineral Mix standard as referred to in Article 1 to be used as a reference to the Government, Provincial Local Government, and the District/City Regional Government as well as the related parties in organizing Mineral Mix procurement.
Section 3
This rule is set to apply at the specified date.
