f. A block/star sign (*) listed by the People's Representative Council includes a blocking dismatch that does not correspond to its forear/use plan;

g. budget shifts used for Programs/Activities that do not comply with the outcome of an agreement between the Government and the People's Representative Council (the conclusion of the work meeting in the framework of the APBN); and or

h. Inter-provincial shifts/cities for activities in order to task in conjunction and joint affairs, or inter-province for activities in order to deconcentrate.

Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions of the revision manner as referred to in Article 4 and Article 5 of the Minister's Regulations, guideline to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance which governs the governance of the budget revision.

The Second Section of the POK Revision

Article 7 (1) The POK Revision can be done as long as it does not resulting in

a reduction of the budget allocation against:

a. work unit operating costs except to meet the operational costs of the other working units as long as it remains in the same order, and the operational cost requirement is still sufficient;

b. payment of various arred; c. job packages that are multiyears; d. Pure rupiah is pure companion along the job package still

continues; and/or e. The job package that has been contrasted and/or realized

funds so that it becomes minus. (2) Revision may be done after the volume of Output listed

in DIPA and POK is reached and/or guaranteed to be achieved and does not result in the reduction of the volume of Output to: a. National Priority Activities; and/or b. Government Priority policies that have been established.

CHAPTER III OF THE POK REVISION PROCESS

Part of the Submission Proposal Revision POK

Article 8

(1) Proposed revision POK was submitted by PPK to the KPA. (2) The revision of the POK revision is least equipped with supporting documents

is: a. TOR; b. RAB; c. Comparative matrix; d. ADK RKA K/L; e. Absolute liability letter from the Charge

Authorization Revision POK Section 9

(1) KPA performs the revised POK revision proposal submitted by the PPK as referred to in Article 7.

(2) The revision of the POK revision proposal as referred to in paragraph (1) executed in order: a. revision proposal in accordance with revision constraint as set

in Article 6; b. Examine the completeness of the supporting documents.

(3) Based on the results of the Study Report The results of the Elastic Results signed by the parties and the suppressors.

(4) The revision of the POK revision is set by the KPA most longer than five days work after the document is completed in complete and correct by the KPA.

(5) The Passage Of The POK Revision through the Ministry of Finance is set by the KPA ' s longest five-day work following the approval of the Ministry of Finance received by the KPA.

CHAPTER IV THE DELIVERY AND FINAL LIMIT OF THE POK

REVISION OF THE POK REVISION

(1) The revision of the POK passed by KPA was delivered to the concerned PPK with a gust of to: a. Activity is not available. Inspector; c. Chief Financial Officer; d. Assistant Treasury Treasury.

(2) ADK revision POK is delivered to PPK and Chief Financial Officer.

The second part

The Final Limit Reception Revision POK Section 11

(1) The final limit of acceptance of POK's revised proposal is: a. October 1 for the POK revision to be conducted through

Directorate General of the Ministry of Finance;

b. date March 29 for the revision of the POK through the Directorate General of the Ministry of Finance for blocking/star signage (*);

b. October 15 for the revision of the POK through the Directorate General of the Treasury;

c. on November 14 for POK revision through the KPA agreement. (2) At the time of receipt of the proposed revision POK as referred to

paragraph (1), the entire document has been accepted in complete and correct. BAB V

CLOSING provisions Section 12

Format proposal revision POK, TOR, RAB, Matrix Comparison, and the Mutlak Responsibility Statement Letter, and the document plot and revision process POK are listed in this Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister, constitute one unity and an inseparable part of this Minister Rule.
