Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 163, 2012 REGULATION of the MINISTER of MANPOWER and TRANSMIGRATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 3 in 2012 ABOUT the TRAVEL OFFICE MOVE/MUTATIONS WITHIN the COUNTRY and ABROAD AS WELL AS RETIRED EMPLOYEES MOVE LABOR and TRANSMIGRATION MINISTRY with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of MANPOWER and TRANSMIGRATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to smooth implementation of the payment of travel expenses office move/mutations within the country and abroad as well as retired employees move the Ministry of manpower and transmigration have to set Ministerial Regulation about the Travel Office Move/Mutations within the country and abroad as well as Retired Employees Move the Ministry of manpower and transmigration;
Remember: 1. CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Employees are civil servants of the Ministry of manpower and transmigration.
2. Labor Attaches is a civil servant of the Ministry of manpower and transmigration placed on diplomatic representatives to carry out tasks in the field of employment.
3. Technical staff of labor are civil servants of the Ministry of manpower and transmigration which are placed on the diplomatic representatives or consular representative to carry out tasks in the field of employment.
4. The competent authority is the Minister, the Secretary General and head of the Bureau's organization and Staffing.
5. Place Traveled within the country is a place of departure city in the country to the place of destination abroad.
6. Seat abroad is the city where work units/offices located abroad.
7. Place left for abroad was the city where the departure overseas to destinations within the country and/or to the place of destination abroad.
8. Place of Destination in the country is the city of destination travel moved/mutation retired and moved within the country.
9. Place the goal of Moving abroad is the city where the goal of moving abroad.
10. the purpose of the Move in the country is the city where the goal of moving within the country.

CHAPTER III procedures, REQUIREMENTS and COSTS is considered part of the procedure of article 10

(3) filing of travel expenses office move/mutation abroad referred to in article 10 paragraph (2) is equipped with the requirements: a. a letter of introduction from Secretary of the Directorate General of Labor Placement Coaching; b. decision moved from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

c. list of families;

d. list of goods; and e. the certificate termination payments.

Article 16 conditions of travel expenses office move/foreign mutation is performed according to the decision of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

CHAPTER IV IMPLEMENTATION ACCOUNTABILITY article 17 (1) travel expenses liability Document moved/foreign mutations consist of: a. photocopying Decree moved the competent authority;

5) cost of lodging;

6 daily) money; and 7) list of real expenditure if it does not get the evidence.
(2) a list of the real cost of travel expenses office move/mutation abroad referred to in subsection (1) letter d number 7, as contained in Annex IV to this regulation of the Minister.
Article 18 (1) of document accountability for the cost of travel on duty moved/mutation of the Interior consists of: a. photocopying Decree moved the competent authority;
b. the SPPD has signed the appropriate authorities at the place of destination of the move; c. list the details of the calculation of the travel office move/mutations that contains: 1) airfare;

2) public transportation;

3) packing, penggudangan and transport;

4 daily) money; and 5) list of real expenditure if it does not get the evidence.
(2) a list of the real cost of travel expenses office move/mutations in the country referred to in paragraph (2) Letter c number 5, as contained in Annex V to this regulation of the Minister.
Article 19 (1) travel expenses liability Documents moved the pension consists of: a. photocopying Decree moved the competent authority;

Article 20 employees who have travelled on duty moved/mutations within the country and abroad as well as moving the entire evidence conveys the retirement of the original expenditure referred to in article 17, article 18 and article 19 to the head of the Bureau of finance no later than 10 (ten) working days after receiving the moving costs money.

Chapter V CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 21 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
