DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE DISTRICT COUNCIL

THE SPECIAL ECONOMIC AREA OF NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE.

Article 1

Establits the Regional Regional Economic Area Area Board

North Sumatra, which is next called the Regional Council,

with the membership arrangement as follows:

The Speaker: the Governor of North Sumatra;

2. Head of the Office of the Customs and Excise Area

North Sumatra Province;

3. Chief of the Simalungun Tanahan Office;

4. Head of Medan Immigration Office;

5. Head of the Development Planning Agency

The Province of North Sumatra Province;

6. Head of the Industry Service and

Trade of North Sumatra Province;

7. Head Of A Unified Perijinan Service Agency

North Sumatra Province;

8. The Head of Capital cultivation and

Promotion of the Province of North Sumatra Province;

and

9. Head of the Development Planning Agency

Simalungun County District.

Article 2

The Area Council is responsible and reports the results

implementation of its duties to the National Council of Economic Areas
