OIL FUEL DISTRIBUTIONS AND BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
EARTH GAS TRANSPORT VIA PIPELINE
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in accordance with Government Regulation No. 49 of 2012 on the Changes to Government Regulation No. 67 of 2002 on the Agency for the Governing Body and the distribution of the Oil Fuel and Undertaking Efforts of the Earth Gas Through the Pipe, need to upgrade the organization of the IBM Supply Manager and Distribute Fuel Oil and Petroleum Gas Transport Activities Through Pipes;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Changes to the Presidential Decree Number 86 of 2002 on the Establishment of the Governing Body and the distribution of the Oil Fuel Service and Earth Gas Transport Efforts Through Pipes;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Earth Gas (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 2001 Number 136, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4152);
3. Government Regulation No. 67 of 2002 on the Agency for the Provisioning Governing Body and the distribution of Petroleum Fuel and Petroleum Transportation Activities Through Pipes (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2002 Number 141, Additional Sheet Of State Republic of Indonesia No. 4253) as amended by Government Regulation No. 49 Year 2012 (State Gazette 2012 2012 Number 95, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5308);
4. Presidential Decree Number 86 of 2002 on the Establishment of the Governing Body and the Distributing of Petroleum Fuel and the Activities of the Earth Gas Transport Through the Pipe;
DECIDED:
Establish: The President 's Rules On The Changes To The 2002 Presidential Number 86' s Decision On The Formation Of The Governing Body Of The Provision And Distribution Of Oil Fuels And The Activities Of The Transportation Of The Earth ' s Gas Through The Pipeline.
Section 1
Some provisions in the Presidential Decree No. 86 of 2002 on the Establishment of the Governing Body and the distribution of the Oil Fuel and Gas Transportation Materials of the Earth Through the Pipe, are changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 11 are changed, so that Article 11 reads as follows:
Section 11
(1) The fields as referred to in Section 8 of the paragraph (1) are the Directorate, amounting to the most three (three) of the Directorate which are each led by the Director.
(2) The respective Directorate as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of the most 4 (four) Sub-directorates each led by the Chief Subdirectorate.
(3) Each of the Subdirectorates as referred to in paragraph (2) consists of at most 2 (two) sections each led by the Section Chief. ”
2. The provisions of Section 12 are amended, so that Article 12 reads as follows:
Section 12
(1) For the agility of the execution of the function and task of the Board of Governing Bodies, created the Secretariat of the Board of Directors led by the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
(2) The Board Secretariat of the Governing Body as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of at most 4 (four) Parts, each led by the Chief.
(3) Each Part as referred to in verse (2) consists of at most 3 (three) Subsections, each of which is headed by the Subsection Chief.
3. The provisions of Article 13 paragraph (1) are changed, so that Article 13 reads as follows:
“Section 13
(1) Director, Secretary of the Governing Body, Chief Sub-directorate, Head of Section, Chief of Section, Head of Subsection, and employees under these posts are employees of the Employed Civil Servants of the Civil Servlet.
(2) The coaching of civil servants as referred to in verse (1) is carried out by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources as officials of the staffing of the staffing.
4. The provisions of Article 15 are amended, so that Article 15 reads as follows:
“Section 15
(1) The Director and the Secretary of the Board of Governing Bodies is the structural post of II.a.
(2) The Head of Subdirectorates and the Head of Section is the structural post of III.a.
(3) The Section Chief and Subsection Head is the structural post of IV.a.
5. Between Section 15 and Section 16 is inserted 1 (one) section, that is Section 15A, which reads as follows:
Article 15A
Further provisions concerning the organization and the governance of the Directorate and the Secretariat of the Board are governed by the Ordinance of the Minister which organizes the matter of the process of exposure in the field of energy and mineral resources after receiving the Minister's approval. The one who saved the government's business in the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform.
Section II
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
