1. c. dissemination of campaign materials through print and electronic media;
D. public meeting;
e. the spread of the campaign material to the public;
G. public/open debate between candidates; and
h. other activities that do not violate the laws.

(2) Surveillance on the form of the campaign, as referred to in paragraph (1), is done by ensuring that the staging of the campaign form is executed on the schedule, time and place, and involves officers, participants, and number of participants, accordingly. The rules of the legislation.
