ABOUT
BASOEKI ABDULLAH MUSEUM ORGANIZATION AND TATA WORKS
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to integrate cultural functions and the structuring of technical executors in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment, it needs to establish the Minister of Education and Culture ' s Regulation on the Organization and the Workforce Basoeki Abdullah Museum;
Given: 1. Law No. 11 of 2010 on Cultural Reserves (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 130, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5168);
2. Government Regulation Number 10 of 1993 on Implementation of Law Number 5 of 1992 on the Object of Cultural Reserves (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 1993 No. 14, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3516);
3. Government Regulation No. 19 of 1995 on Maintenance and Heating Objects of Cultural Reserves in the Museum (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1995 Number 35, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3599);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment of the Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of the President No. 47 of the Year 2009 about the Establishment of the Ministry of State;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as amended in recent times with the Republic of the Republic Regulation Indonesia Number 92 of 2011 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 On the Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
6. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
7. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan State of Indonesia Number PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of the Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Institute of Nonministerial Government;

DECIDED:
SET :REGULATION OF MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK TATA MUSEUM BASOEKI ABDULLAH.
BAB I
THE POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The Basoeki Abdullah Museum is a technical managing unit in the Ministry of Education and Culture ' s environment.
(2) The Basoeki Abdullah Museum is led by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Director General of Culture
Section 2
The Basoeki Abdullah Museum has the task of conducting the study, collection, registration, maintenance, security, presentation, publication, and facilitation in the art of art value and the work of Basoeki Abdullah.
Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Basoeki Abdullah Museum organizes a function:
a. the study of art worth of art and the work of Basoeki Abdullah;
B. collection of objects worth of art and the work of Basoeki Abdullah figures;
c. execution of the registration and documentation of objects worth of art and the work of Basoeki Abdullah figures;
D. treatment of objects worth of art and the work of Basoeki Abdullah;
e. implementation of the safeguarding of the art worth of art and the work of Basoeki Abdullah;
f. implementation of the presentation and publication of art worth of art and the work of Basoeki character Abdullah;
G. implementation of the educational services in the field of art worth of art and the work of Basoeki Abdullah figures;
h. implementation of the partnership in the field of art worth of art and the work of Basoeki character Abdullah;
i. Facilitation of study, collection, maintenance, security, presentation, and educational services in the field of art worth of art and work by Basoeki Abdullah;
J. execution of the management of the Basoeki Abdullah Museum library; and
No, Museum Basoeki Abdullah's research operation.
BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT
Section 4
Basoeki Abdullah Museum consists of:
a. Header;
B. The Tata Business Officer; and
C. Functional Office Groups.
Section 5
(1) The functional office group as referred to in Section 4 of the letter c has the task of performing activities in accordance with each of the functional office tasks under the laws.
(2) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (1) are determined based on the needs and workload.
(3) The task, type, and function of the functional office are set in accordance with the laws.

ETHIZATION
Section 6
Head of the Basoeki Abdullah Museum is the structural position of IV.a echelons.
BAB IV
Location
Section 7
The Basoeki Abdullah Museum is located in South Jakarta, the Special Region of Jakarta Capital Region.
BAB V
WORK LAYOUT
Section 8
In carrying out the duties and functions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 of the Basoeki Abdullah Museum coordinate with organizational units in the Ministry of Education and Culture and other related agencies/agencies/agencies.
Section 9
Head of the Basoeki Abdullah Museum and functional office group in carrying out his mandatory duties:
a. implement the coordination, integration and synchronization principles as well as cooperation in both internal and external environments of the Basoeki Abdullah Museum;
B. carrying out performance accountability; and

Section 10
Museum Chief Basoeki Abdullah is obliged to oversee his subordinates and when there is an aberration in order to take the necessary steps in accordance with the laws.
Section 11
Museum Chief Basoeki Abdullah is responsible for leading and coordinating his subordinates and providing guidance as well as instructions for the execution of subordinate tasks.
Section 12
In carrying out tasks and functions, Museum Chief Basoeki Abdullah is required to submit a report to the Director General of Culture by busan to the leadership of the organizational unit that is functionally related to the work Basoeki Abdullah Museum.

The details of the work unit tasks as the definitions of duties and functions in the Regulation of the Minister are further laid out in the Education and Culture Ministers ' Regulations.
BAB VII
THE TRANSITION PROVISION
Section 14
All performing duties and functions according to the Ordinance of the Minister of Culture and Tourism Number PM.35/OT.001/MKP-2006 on the Organization and Tata Works of the Basoeki Abdullah Museum still remains in place until the task and function in accordance with the Regulation of this Minister.
BAB VIII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 15
By the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister, all the regulations governing the Organization and Tata Works of Basoeki Abdullah were revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 16
Changes to organizational and regulatory arrangements according to the Ordinance of this Minister, set by the Minister in charge of governance in the fields of education and culture after receiving approval It is said that the Minister is responsible for holding government affairs in the area of the country's apparatus.
Section 17
The Minister ' s Regulations are beginning to apply at the designated date.
