CULTURAL PRESERVE PRESERVATION HALL
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,


Weighing: that in order to integrate cultural functions and the structuring of technical executors in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment, it needs to establish the Minister of Education and Culture ' s Regulation on the Organization and the Workforce Cultural Preserve Preservation Hall;

Given: 1. Law No. 11 of the Year 2010 on Cultural Reserves (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 130, Additional State Sheet Number 5168);
2. Government Regulation Number 10 of 1993 on Implementation of Law Number 5 of 1992 on the Object of Cultural Reserves (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 1993 No. 14, Extra State Sheet Number 3516);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of Presidential Number 47 Years 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and the functions of the Ministry of State and the Functions of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
5. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
6. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan The State of Personnel PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of the Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Institute of Government NonKementerian;
7. The Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 1 of 2012 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Education and Culture;

DECIDED:

Establish: Education and Culture Minister ' s regulations on the organization and the governance of the preservation hall of the Culture Reserve.

BAB I
THE POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Section 1
(1) The next Preservation Hall in the Regulation of the Minister is called BPCB is a technical managing unit in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment.
(2) BPCB is headed by a Chief who is under and responsible to the Director General of Culture.

Section 2
BPCB has the task of carrying out the protection, development, and utilization and facilitation of the preservation of a cultural preserve in its work area.

Section 3
In carrying out the task as referred to in Article 2, BPCB organizes function:
a. implementation of the rescue and safeguard of the cultural preserve;
B. execution of cultural preserve zoning;
c. implementation of the maintenance and restoration of the cultural preserve;
D. implementation of cultural preserve development;
e. execution of the utilization of cultural reserves;
f. execution of documentation and the publication of cultural preserve;
G. implementation of partnerships in the field of cultural preserve preservation;
h. facilitate the implementation of the preservation and development of technical power in the field of cultural preserve preservation; and
i. execution of BPCB ' s ketataenterprise affairs.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 4
The BPCB consists of:
a. Header;
B. Order Subsections;
C. Protection Section, Development, and Heating; and
D. Functional Office Groups.

Section 5
(1) The Subsection of Tata Business has the task of conducting planning, financial, employee, personal, corporate, state-owned and BPCB-owned goods, and BPCB homes.
(2) The Training, Development, and Heating Section has the task of conducting rescue, safeguarding, zoning, maintenance, restoration, development, utilization, documentation, and partnership and facilitation of preservation and development Technical personnel in the field of cultural conservation in its work area.

Section 6
(1) The functional office group as referred to in Section 4 of the letter d has the task of performing activities in accordance with the tasks of the functional office each under the laws.
(2) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (1) are determined based on the needs and workload.
(3) The task, type, and function of the functional office are set in accordance with the laws.

ETHIZATION

Section 7

(1) The Head of BPCB is the structural position of III.a echelons.
(2) The Head of Subsections and Section Chief is the structural post of IV.a.

Section 8
The location and workspace of the BPCB as referred to in Article 4 are listed in the Regulation Annex which is an inseparable part of this Peratran Minister.

WORK LAYOUT

Section 9
In performing the tasks and functions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3, BPCB is coordinating with the organizational units in the Ministry of Education and Culture, Provincial Government, District/City Government, and Colleges and Other related agencies.

Section 10
Each leader and a Functional Position Group in performing his duties is mandatory:
a. implement the coordination, integration and synchronization principles as well as cooperation in both internal and external BPCB environments;
B. carrying out performance accountability; and
c. reports of activities that are his responsibility to the superior officer-lev
