THE BASE UNIT PRICE OF THE STATISTICAL CENTRAL BODY ACTIVITIES
BUDGET YEAR 2013
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEAD OF THE STATISTICAL CENTER,
Weighing: that in order to improve development planning in the field of statistics, it needs to set the Price of Unit of the Central Board of Statistics of the Year of the Budget Office 2013 with the Regulation of the Central Board of Statistics;
Given: 1. Law No. 16 of 1997 on Statistics (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1997 No. 39, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3683);

11. Decree of Head of the Central Board of Statistics Number 336 /PA/2011 on the Budget Manager of the Central Board of Budget Year 2012, as amended by Decision of Head of the Central Board of Statistics Number 127 /PA/2012;
12. The Regulation of the Director General of the Treasury Number PER-66/PB/2005 on the Payment Implementation Mechanism of the State Shopping Revenue Budget Burden;
Notice: The Circular Letter with the National Development Planning Board and the Department of Finance Number 182 /D. IV/01/ 1999 SE-08/A/21/0199 dated January 11, 1999 on the Directive of Drafting Unit Price (HSPK) Department/Weak;
DECIDED:
specifies: The Rules Of The Head Of The Statistical Center Of The Subject Are The Subject Of The Subject Of The Central Board Of Statistics Of The 2013 Budget Year.
Article 1
Staple Unit Activity (HSPK) Statistical Office of the Budget Year 2013 was a guide used for the drafting of statistical program planning on the Central Bureau of Budget Year 2013.
Article 2
HSPK The Board of Statistics 2013 Budget Year as set forth in the appendix and is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 3
HSPK The Board of Statistics The 2013 Budget Year is grouped in the (regional) region, i.e. as follows:
a. I:Province of Lampung Province, West Java Province, Central Java Province, Yogyakarta Special Region Province, East Java Province, Banten province, and West Nusa Tenggara Province;
b. II:Region II:Province of Aceh, North Sumatra Province, West Sumatra Province, Riau Province, Jambi Province, South Sumatra Province, Bengkulu Province, South Kalimantan Province, Central Sulawesi Province, South Sulawesi Province, Province of South Sulawesi, Province of South Sulawesi, Province of South Sulawesi, Province of South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, and Gorontalo Province;
c. III:Region III:Province of Riau Islands, Bangka Belitung Province, Bali Province, East Nusa Tenggara Province, West Kalimantan Province, Central Kalimantan Province, East Kalimantan Province, North Sulawesi province, and Sulawesi Province Southeast;
d. Area IV:Province of Jakarta, Maluku Province, North Maluku Province, Papua Province, and West Papua Province.
Section 4
These rules begin to apply on the date of the promulctest.
