LPSE chief

Section 7
The head of the LPSE Unit has a task:
a. Lead the daily operations of the LPSE unit.
B. Provides technical direction to the implementation of the activities of the LPSE Unit.
C. Compiling the activities of the LPSE Unit activity.

The Fourth Part
Secretariat

Section 8
(1) The Secretariat is an element of the leadership of the leadership who is below and is responsible to the LPSE.
(2) The Secretariat has the task of carrying out coordination, coaching and control of the program, activities, administration and resources in the LPSE Unit environment.
(3) In carrying out the task as referred to paragraph (2), the Secretariat of the convener of the function:

Section 9
Registration and Verification have a task:
a. Handling LPSE-Unit User registration.
B. Verifying all information and documents as an LPSE User's registration requirement.
C. Agree to and reject the registration of the LPSE User Unit based on the verification results.
D. Manage the archive and the LPSE User's User document.
e. Make a confirmation to the users of the LPSE about the approval and rejection of the registration based on the verification results.
f. Pass the information to the LPSE Unit about the completion of the documents required.

The Sixth Part
User Service Field

Section 10
The User Service Field has a task:
a. Provide consulting services on electronic procurement processes either via the internet, telephone and present directly in the LPSE Unit.
B. Help the LPSE User registration process.
C. Answering questions about the facility and the LPSE application feature.
D. Addressing complaints about the service of the LPSE Unit.

The Seventh Part
The Training and Socialization Field

Section 11
The Training and Socialization areas have a task:
a. Provides training for LPSE Unit Users.
B. Answering questions related to procurement of goods and services.

BAB V
WORK LAYOUT

Section 12
(1) The Chief of the LPSE, the Secretary, the Chairman of the Field, in performing his duties are required to implement the principles of coordination, integration and synchronization.
(2) The head of the LPSE is required to monitor each individual's subordinates and in the event of an aberration in order to take the necessary steps in accordance with applicable laws.
(3) The head of the LPSE unit in the complete environment is responsible for leading and clicking on each other and providing guidance as well as the directions for the execution of the subordinate duties.
(4) Each Chairman of the Field is required to follow and adhere to the directions and is responsible to their respective superiors and present the periodic report just in time.
(5) Any reports received by the Chief Field Officer of a subordinate, are required to be treated and used as materials for the preparation of further reports and to provide instructions to the subordinates.
(6) In passing of each of the following reports to a superior, a mandatory report is delivered to other fields that are functionally related to the work relationship.
(7) In carrying out its duties, each LPSE Chief Unit is assisted by the Chair of the Field under it and in order to provide guidance to the respective subordinates each is obliged to hold a periodic meeting.
(8) All elements in the LPSE's unit environment in performing their duties are required to apply coordination, integration, and synchronization principles in both the LPSE's environment and in relation to other work units.
(9) Each leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the respective subordinates and providing guidance and instructions for the execution of subordinate duties.
(10) Each command is required to follow and adhere to the instructions and are responsible to the superiors and submit the report on a regular basis in time.
(11) In performing the task, each officer is required to perform coaching and supervision of his subordinates.

BAB VI
APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL IN OFFICE

Section 13
(1) The head of the LPSE Unit is appointed and terminated by the Chairman of the KPU in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
(2) The Secretary and the Chief Field are appointed and dismissed by the Secretary General of the KPU at the suggestion of the Head of the LPSE Unit.

BAB VII
OTHER LAIN-CONDITIONS

Section 14
Things are yet to be set up in this General Election Commission Regulation, as long as the implementation of the implementation will be further technically governed by the General Secretary General's Decision.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
