ABOUT
OFFICE AND OFFICE CLASSES AS WELL AS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ALLOWANCE IN THE CAPITAL PLANTING COORDINATION BODY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

HEAD OF THE COORDINATION BODY OF THE CAPITAL OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to implement the provisions of Article 10 of the Presidential Regulation No. 106 of 2012 on Employee Performance Benefits in the Environmental Coordinating Agency Environment, need to establish the Governing Body-Chief Coordinating Agency Regulation (PID) about the Office and the Class of the Office as well as the Employee Performance Allowance in the Environmental Coordinating Agency Environment;

DECIDED:

Establish: THE RULE OF THE COORDINATING BODY OF CAPITAL PLANTING OF OFFICE AND CLASS OFFICE AS WELL AS EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE COORDINATING BODY OF CAPITAL PLANTING COORDINATION.


BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Regulation referred to:
1. Employees in the Governing Body of Coordinating Capital are the Civil Servants and other employees who are based on the Decision of an authorized officer appointed in a position or assigned and working in full on an organizational unit in the United States. BAB II
OFFICE AND CLASS OFFICE
Section 2
(1) Employees are required to perform the task in accordance with the terms of this Service

B. Certain Functional Positions;
C. The Functional Office Is Common.
(3) The Title as referred to in paragraph (2) has a Class of Title.
(4) The Title and Title Class as referred to in paragraph (3) is listed in:
a. Appendix I to the Office and the Structured Office Class;
B. Appendix II for the Post and Functional Functional Classes;
C. Appendix III for the Office and the General Functional Office (s);

which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.


Section 3
(1) The Title for each Class of Title for Structural Officials and Certain Functional Personnel is based on:
a. decisions about the appointment in and/or the duties of the Structural Office;
B. decisions about the first appointment in a Certain Functional Office; or
c. Decision on the rise of the cranes in a Certain Functional Position;

which is signed by the authorized official.
(2) The term and term of the employee with the General Functional Office is based on the decision on the designation of the Office and the General Functional Office in the General Functional Office.


Section 4

(3) Determination Decisions and Class of Employment Decisions in the Office of the General Functional Office in the Environmental Coordinating Agency environment are authenticating by the Chief General Bureau.


Section 5
(1) Any employee of the General Functional Office must be specified by the determination of the Office of the Service in the General Functional Office.
(2) In the event of a duty as referred to in paragraph (1), the official authorized to establish the position of the term and the term of the office is the Principal Secretary on behalf of the Chief Coordinating Officer of Capital.


BAB III
PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Section 6
To employees who have certain assignments/jobs in the Capital Planting Coordination Sphere, in addition to being granted earnings as per the provisions of the laws, are provided with the Performance allowance of each month.

Section 7
(1) The Performance improvement as referred to in Section 6 is provided to the Employee Based of the Title Class.
(2) The Performance improvement as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in:
a. Attachment I for Structural Position Performance Allowance;
B. Appendix II for the Specified Functional Office Performance Allowance;
C. Appendix III for the General Functional Functional Office Performance Allowance;

which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.

Section 8
Performance benefits as referred to in Section 7 are paid for starting in January 2012.

Section 9
The provisions of the technical conduct of the Performance Improvement Allowance in the Environmental Planting Coordination Body environment are set up with the Chief Regulation.

Section 10
This rule came into effect on the date of promulgations.
