GUIDELINE THE NUMBER OF POLICE OFFICERS PAMONG PRAJA

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in order to exercise the provisions of Article 17 of the Government Regulation No. 6 of 2010 on the Pamong Praja Police Unit, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Indonesia on the Guidelines of Penetration Of The Number Of Police Officers Praja;

Given: 1. SET: THE RULE OF THE MINISTER IN THE THE COUNTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE GUIDELINES OF THE DESIGNATION OF POLICE PAMONG PRAJA.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 In this Minister Regulation, referred to:

1. The Regional Government is the Governor, the Regent/Mayor and the Regional Device as the organizer of the Regional Government.

2. The Government of the Regions is the establishment of government affairs by the Regional Government and the DPRD according to the principle of autonomy and the duties of enlarging with the principle of autonomy within the system and principles of the Republic of Indonesia as well as the principles of the It is in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945.

3. The Pamong Praja Police Force, henceforth called the Satpol PP, is a section of the area's device in the enforcement of the Perda and the holding of public order and the public peace.

4. The Pamong Praja police, later called Pol PP, are members of the Satpol PP as an area government apparatus in the enforcement of regional regulations and the holding of public order as well as community security.

5. The number of police officers is the number of employees in the Pamong Praja Police Force environment, which serves as regional regulation and the organizer of public order and the army of the public outside the administration/secretariacy.

6. The determination of the number of Pamong Praja Police is the determination of the number of employees and the proposal of the staff needs for each of the Provincial Police Force and the County/City by calculating the total score of the indicators of the general criteria and the criteria Technical.

7. The Minister is the Minister of the Interior. Article 2

The Governor and the Regent/Mayor sets the number of Pol PP Province and District/City based on: a. generic criteria; and b. technical criteria.

The section 3 of the number of Pol PP counts as referred to in Article 2 aims to determine the number of employees and suggestions of the needs of the employees on the Satpol PP.

CHAPTER II THE NUMBER OF POLICE OFFICERS OF PAMONG PRAJA

Section 4 (1) The number of Pol PP counts as referred to in Section 3

is done with the calculation of the general criteria and technical criteria as referred to In Section 2.

(2) The calculation as referred to in paragraph (1) is based on an indicator of the scale of the value and percentage of weights.

Article 5 of the Indicator on the general criteria number of Pol PP of the Province and the County/city as intended in Article 4 consists of: a. the number of residents; b. region wide; c. number of APBD; and d. The shopping ratio of the apparatus.

Article 6 (1) Indicator on the technical criteria the number of Pol PP of the Province as

referred to in Article 4 consists of: a. the organization of the organization's size of the organization; b region rule number; c. number of regional head regulations; d. geo-condition; e. aspect characteristic of the region; f. a potential degree of social conflict of social conflict; and g. the number of districts/cities.

(2) Indicators on the technical criteria number of the Regency/city Pol PP as referred to in Section 4 are made up of: a. the organization of the organization's size of the organization; b region rule number; c. number of regional head regulations; d. the number of desa/kelurah; e. a potential degree of social conflict societal conflict; f. the number of subdistricts; g. Characteristic aspect; and h. geo-condition.

Article 7 The scale of the general criteria rate and technical criteria as referred to in Section 4 has an interval of 400 to 1000.

Article 8 (1) The percentage of the weighting of the general criteria as referred to in Article 4

by 20%. (2) The percentage of weights of the technical criteria as referred to in Article 4

by 80%. Section 9

(1) The number of scores of general criteria plus technical criteria is the basis for the determination of the number of employees in the Pamong Praja Police Unit outside of the employees who handle the administration/secretariate.

(2) The number of employees who handle administration/secretariacy in accordance with the provisions of the laws governing about the calculation of the number of PNS needs for the area.

Article 10

The number of scores as referred to Article 9 of the paragraph (1) for the province as follows: a. less than 500, then the number of employees as many as 100 to the

200 employees; b. 500 to 750, the total number of employees was 201 to

with 300 employees; c. more than 750 then the number of employees as 301 to 400

Employees.

Article 11 The number of scores as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (1) for the district/city as follows: a. less than 500, then the number of employees as much as 150 to the

250 employees; b. The total number of employees was 251 to 350 employees; c. more than 750 scores were 351 to the

450 PNS. Section 12

The Count and Redemption of the number of Pol PP as referred to in Article 4 to Section 11 as set forth in the Attachment as an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 13 (1) The provincial and county/city Satpol PP in carrying out the task

form the unit units. (2) The group unit as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the squads,

platoons, companies and battalions. (3) Regu, platoon, company and battalion as referred to in paragraph 2

consists of: a. The team is composed of 9 to 11 people; b. The platoon consists of 2 to 3 squads; c. The company is composed of 2 to 3 platoons; and d. The battalion consists of 2 to 3 companies.

CHAPTER III OF COACHING AND SUPERVISION

Article 14 (1) Minister of the Interior through Director General of Government

General carries out the coaching and determination of the number of Pol PP numbers national.

(2) The Governor carries out the coaching and determination of the number of Pol PP in the province.

(3) The Regent/Mayor carries out the coaching and supervision of the establishment of the number of Pol PP in districts/cities.

CHAPTER IV FUNDING

Article 15 (1) of the calculation and designation of Pol PP for the national level

is charged in the State Shopping Revenue Budget. (2) The cost of the calculation and the designation of Pol PP for the provincial level

is charged in the Provincial Shopping Revenue Budget. (3) The cost of the calculation and the designation of Pol PP for the level

district/city is charged in the county/city Shopping Revenue Budget.

OTHER CHAPTER V PROVISIONS

Article 16 The designation of the number of civil police officers for the Special Region of Jakarta Capital Province is further regulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

CHAPTER VI PROVISIONS

Article 17
