DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, ORGANIZATION, AND THE WORK OF MARITIME POLYTECHNIC OF THE COUNTRY OF INDONESIA.

BAB I

ESTABLISHMENT

Article 1

Establits Indonesian Maritime Polytechnic based in Semarang City, Central Java Province next in the Ordinance of this Minister called Polimarin.

BAB II

SEAT, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Article 2

(1) Polimarin as referred to in Article 1 is the college hosted by the Ministry of Education and Culture is below and is responsible to the Minister of Education and Culture.

(2) Polymarin ' s coaching is carried out by Director General of Higher Education.

Article 3

Polimarin has the task of organizing vocational education in a number of special knowledge in the field of indignation.

Article 4

In carrying out the task, Polimarin organizes function:

a. implementation and development of vocational education;

b. conduct of research;

c. implementation of devotion to the community;

d. the execution of the academic sivity of academia; and

e. execution of administration activities.

BAB III

ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

Part First

General

Article 5

(1) Polimarin consists of:

a. Director as the managing organ;

b. The Senate as an organ exercising the function of academic considerations and supervision;

c. Supervision Unit as an organ that exercises non-academic supervising functions; and

d. The Board of truss as an organ that exercises non-academic consideration functions and assists the development of Polimarin.

(2) The Director as the Polimarin management organ is led by the Director.

(3) Further provisions regarding the Senate, Surveillance Unit, and the Board of Intrusations as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, letter c, and the letter d are set in the Polimarin statute.

Section 6

Director as referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (1) of the letter a:

a. Director and Deputy Director;

b. General and Academic sections;

c. Majors;

d. Center; and

e. Technical Managing Unit.

Second Section

Director and Deputy Director

Section 7

The director has a task:

a. lead the hosting of education, research, and devotion to the community, fostering educators, education power, and students as well as the administration of Polimarin and its relationship with the environment; and

b. Fostering and performing cooperation with government/private and community agencies.

Section 8

(1) The Director in performing his duties is assisted by the Deputy Director in charge of the Director.

(2) Vice Director consists of:

a. Deputy Director of Academic Field and Cooperation.

b. Deputy Director of Public and Financial Affairs.

c. Deputy Director of Student Affairs.

Section 9

(1) Deputy Director of Academic Affairs and Cooperation has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of education, research, devotion to the community, quality assurance, and work same.

(2) Vice Director of Public and Financial Affairs has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities in the field of general administration and finance.

(3) The Deputy Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has the task of assisting the Director in leading the execution of activities in the field of student welfare coaching, alumni, and student welfare services.

Third Section

General and Academic sections

Article 10

(1) General and Academic sections as referred to in Section 6 of the letter b are the executors of the Polimarin that organizes administrative services to the entire element in the Polimarin environment.

(2) The General and Academic Parts are led by a Chief in charge answer to the Director.

(3) The General and Academic Parts in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks are coordinated by the Deputy Director in accordance with the field of duty.

Article 11

The General and Academic Part has the task of carrying out the affairs of Planning, finance, employment, state-owned goods, gifts, entrepreneurship, overcrowding, and public relations in the Polimarin neighborhood as well as the granting of academic services, student coaching, and cooperation.

Article 12

In carrying out tasks, the General and Academic Parts are organizing functions:

a. execution of plans, programs, activities, and budgets;

b. financial management;

c. management of the workforce;

d. state owned goods management;

e. The execution of law, organization, and agility;

f. The management of entrepreneurship and complexity;

g. the implementation of public relations matters;

h. execution of academic services;

i. Student (s) to be used with the IBM Cloud Service (s), and Registration and drafting of student data and alumni; and

k. the implementation of the cooperation administration.

Article 13

The General and Academic Parts are composed of:

a. General Subsection;

b. Financial Subsection;

c. Academic Subsections and Student Affairs; and

d. Functional Position Group.

Section 14

(1) The General Subsection has the duty of conducting business, security, documentation, security, order, hygiene, beauty, protocolts, law, organization, agility, and management. State property and the preparation of procurement plan, appointment, mutation, development, discipline, and employee termination in the Polimarin environment.

(2) The Financial Subsection has a task of drafting plan, program, and budget as well as financing matters, acceptance, storage, payment, financial accountability, accounting, and financial reporting.

(3) Academic Subsection and Kemahasiswaan have the task of conducting educational services, research, devotion to society, registration, coaching of interest, talent, The reasoning, student welfare, and alumni, collection, processing and presentation of data and information, public relations and the administration of cooperation activities.

Section 15

Article 18

(1) The affairs are the set of resources of the study programs in 1 (one) special science disciplines.

(2) The affairs are led by a Chief Jaffairs officer responsible to the Director.

(3) The Chairman of Jaffairs in performing his duties assisted by a Secretary of affairs.

(4) The Chairman and Secretary of affairs are appointed and dismissed by the Director.

Article 19

Jaffair has a duty carrying out vocational education in 1 (one) special science discipline family.

Article 20

The business consists of:

a. Chair of the Department;

b. Secretary of the Department;

c. Program Studies;

d. Laboratory/Bengkel; and

e. Functional Position Group.

Article 21

(1) The study program is a program that includes a unit of plan learning as a guideline for education organized on the basis of a curriculum and intended to be educated participants. can master knowledge, skills, and attitudes in accordance with the curriculum objectives.

(2) In the hosting of the study program, the Director can appoint a lecturer as coordinator.

Article 22

(1) Functional Office Group is a professional educator group and a scientist with a major task transform, develop, and disseminate science, technology, and art through education, research, and devotion to the community.

(2) Functional Office Group is responsible to the Chairman of JBUSINESS.

(3) The type and type of functional office are governed under the terms of the laws.

Fifth Section

Center

Article 23

(1) The Centre as referred to in Section 6 of the letter d is the academic executor element under the Director who carries out a portion of the task and function in the field research, devotion to society, development of learning, and quality assurance.

(2) The Centre is headed by a Chief responsible to the Director.

(3) The head of the Centre in carrying out his duties is assisted by a Central Secretary.

(4) The head and the Central Secretary were appointed and dismissed by the Director.

(5) The center consists of:

a. Research and Engagement Center to the Community; and

b. Education Development Center and Education Mutu Assurance.

Section 24

The Center for Research and Engagement to the Society as referred to in Article 23 of the paragraph (5) the letter has the task of carrying out, coordinating, monitoring, and assess the execution of research and engagement activities to the community.

Article 25

In carrying out the task, the Research and Engagement Centre of the Society organizes functions:

a. Center-based plan, program, and budget;

b. execution of pure and applied scientific research;

c. implementation of devotion to the community;

d. execution of the publication of the results of research and devotion to the community;

e. the execution of cooperation in the fields of research and devotion to the community with colleges and/or other institutions within the country and abroad;

f. increased relevance of research programs and devotion to the community with community needs; and

g. implementation of the Central administration affairs.

Article 26

The Center for Research and Engagement to the Society consists of:

a. Header;

b. Secretary;

c. Services Officer; and

d. Functional Position Group.

Article 27

The Education Center for Learning and Warranty Development Center as referred to in Article 23 of the paragraph (5) letter b has the task of carrying out, coordinating, monitoring, and assessing the execution of education development activities and educational quality assurance activity.

Article 28

In carrying out the task, the Education Development Center and Warranty Development Centre organizes functions:

a. Center-based plan, program, and budget;

b. implementation of the development of learning;

c. implementation of the development of the education quality licensing system;

d. the execution of the quality of the education quality; and

e. the implementation of the Central administration affairs.

Article 29

The Education Development Centre and Guaraner Development Center consists of:

a. Header;

b. Secretary;

c. Services Officer; and

d. Functional Position Group.

(1) The Functional Position Group as referred to in Article 26 of the d and Section 29 of the d d consist of a number of lecturers and/or other functional forces in a divided functional office in various fields of science.

(2) The number of Functional Posts is set according to the needs and workload.

(3) The type and level of Functional Office are governed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Part Sixth

Technical Managing Unit

Section 31

(1) Technical Managing Unit as referred to in Section 6 of the next e called UPT is the required support element for host tridharma activities in the Polimarin environment.

(2) The UPT is led by a Chief and is responsible to the Director.

(3) The Chief UPT is appointed and dismissed by the Director.

Article 32

UPT consists of:

a. UPT Library;

b. UPT Technology Information;

c. UPT Language;

d. UPT Competencies; and

e. UPT Formation of Character.

Article 33

(1) UPT Library as referred to in Section 32 of the letter a is a technical acting unit in the library field.

(2) The Chief UPT Libraries are responsible to the Director and coordinated by the Deputy Director of Academic Fields and Cooperation.

Article 34

UPT Library has the task of carrying out the granting of library services to the needs of education, research, and devotion to the community.

Article 35

In carrying out the task, UPT Library organizes function:

A. Drafting of plans, programs, and budgets;

b. Drafting of the needs and provisioning plan for the library;

c. library materials processing;

d. service and service delivery of the library;

e. library materials maintenance; and

f. execution of the UPT Library's business planning business.

Article 36

UPT Library consists of:

a. Header;

b. Services Officer; and

c. Functional Office/Technical Position Group.

Article 37

(1) UPT Technology Information as referred to in Section 32 of the letter b, is the technical managing unit in the area of information technology and computer technology.

(2) Chief UPT Information Technology is responsible to the Director and is coordinated by the Deputy Director of Public and Financial Affairs.

Section 38

UPT Technology Information has the task of carrying out the development and management of the network, maintenance and network and computer repair as well as computer service delivery to students.

Section 39

In carrying out the task, UPT Technology Information organizes function:

a. Drafting of plans, programs, and budgets;

b. development, management, and maintenance of information networks in the Polimarin environment;

c. awarding computer services for students;

d. Computer maintenance and repair; and

e. execution of the Information Technology UPT business.

Article 40

UPT Technology Information consists of:

a. Header;

b. Services Officer; and

c. Group of Functional/Technical Posts.

Article 41

(1) UPT Language as referred to in Section 32 of the letter c is a technical managing unit in the field of learning development and services.

(2) Head of UPT Language be responsible to the Director and is coordinated by the Deputy Director of Academic Fields and Cooperation.

Article 42

UPT Language has the task of carrying out the development of learning, improved capabilities, and language tests.

Section 43

In performing the task, UPT Language organizes function:

A. Drafting of plans, programs, and budgets;

b. development of language learning;

c. service enhancers of language skills for lecturers, students, and educational power; and

d. the implementation of the UPT language governance business.

Article 44

UPT Language consists of:

a. Header;

b. Services Officer; and

c. Functional/Technical Position Groups.

(1) UPT Test Competency as referred to in Section 32 of the d is a technical acting unit in the field of competency test services.

(2) Chief UPT Test of the Competency answer to the Director and coordinated by the Deputy Director of Academic Fields and Cooperation.

Section 46

UPT Test Competence has the task of carrying out training and competency testing.

Article 47

In carrying out the task, UPT Competency test results in function:

a. Drafting of plans, programs, and budgets;

b. the development of education and training with certain competencies;

c. awarding educational and training services of the profession;

d. the competency of a competency (s); and

e Implementation of the IBM Cloud Service will be used for the use of the IBM Cloud Service. Header;

Section 49

(1) UPT The formation of the Character as referred to in Section 32 of the letter e is the technical executor unit in the field of character formation and coaching.

(2) Head of the UPT Formation of Character be responsible to the Director and coordinated by the Deputy Director of Student Affairs.

Section 50

UPT The formation of the Character has the task of carrying out the service in the field of character formation and coaching.

Section 51

In performing the task, the UPT Establishment of the Character organizes function:

a. Drafting of plans, programs, and budgets;

b. execution of the creation and coaching activities of the character;

c. The granting of a psychological test service; and

d. the implementation of the MPT business governance business.

Section 52

UPT The character formation consists of:

a. Header;

b. Services Officer; and

c. Functional/Technical Position Groups.

The Functional/Technical Office group referred to in Article 36 of the letter c, Section 40 of the letter c, Article 44 of the letter c, Section 48 of the letter c, and Article 52 of the letter c has a duty carrying out functional/technical activities in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules.

BAB VI

LAIN-OTHER provisions

Article 57

Section 60

BAB VIII

CONCLUDING provisions

Article 61

The change of the organization and the regulation of the Polimarin according to the Regulation of this Minister, is set by the Minister of Education and Culture after receiving written approval from the Minister who be responsible for the field of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform.

Article 62

The rules of this Minister begin to apply at the designated date.
