PAN – RB/8/2012 date August 28, 2012; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of EDUCATION And CULTURE CONCERNING The ESTABLISHMENT, Organization, And The WORK Of INDONESIAN MARITIME POLYTECHNIC. CHAPTER I article 1 ESTABLISHMENT established a Maritime Country Indonesia Polytechnic based in Semarang, Central Java province which is next in the regulations the Minister is called Polimarin. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2012 No. 9333 CHAPTER II POSITION, duties, and FUNCTIONS of article 2 (1) Polimarin referred to in article 1 is a college which is organized by the Ministry of education and culture under and is responsible to the Minister of education and culture. Article 9 (1) the Deputy Director of the academic field and cooperation has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of education, research, community services, quality assurance, and cooperation. Financial Subsections; c. academic and Student Affairs Subsections; and d. the functional Position of the group. Article 34 UPT Library has the task of carrying out outreach library for the purposes of education, research, and service to the community. Article 35 in the discharge of duty, UPT Library organizes functions: a. the preparation of plans, programs, and budget; b. preparation of the plan needs and provision of library materials; c. processing library materials; d. granting of services and utilization of library materials; e. maintenance of library materials; and f. the implementation of Administrative Affairs UPT library. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2012, No. 93311 Article 36 UPT Library consists of: a. the head; b. Administrative Officer; and c. Group Term Functional/Technical Personnel. Article 37 (1) information technology UPT as stipulated in article 32, the letter b is managing the technical unit responsible for the management of information technology and computers. (2) the head of the UPT information technology responsible to directors and coordinated by the Deputy Director General and financial Fields. Article 38 UPT information technology has the task of carrying out development and network management, maintenance and repair of computer networks and computer services as well as the grant to students. Article 39 in performing tasks, UPT information technology organizes functions: a. the preparation of plans, programs, and budget; b. the development, management, and maintenance of information networks in the neighborhood Polimarin; c. the granting of computer services for students; d. maintenance and repair of computers; and e. Administrative Affairs UPT implementation of information technology. Article 40 information technology consisting of UPT: a. head; b. Administrative Officer; and c. Group Term Functional/Technical Personnel. Article 41 (1) UPT Language as stipulated in article 32 of the letter c is implementing technical development in the field of learning and linguistic services. (2) the head of the UPT Language responsible to directors and coordinated by the Deputy Director of the academic field and cooperation. www.djpp.depkumham.go.id 2012, no. 857 12 Article 42 UPT Language has the task of carrying out the development of learning, improved skills, and language tests. Article 43 in performing tasks, UPT Language organizes functions: a. the preparation of plans, programs, and budget; b. the development of language learning; c. service improvement of language skills for professors, students, and educational personnel; and d. implementation of Administrative Affairs of the UPT. Article 44 Language consisting of UPT: a. head; b. Administrative Officer; and c. Group Term Functional/Technical Personnel. Article 45 (1) UPT Competence referred to in Article 32 the letter d is implementing a test service in the field of technical competence. (2) the head of the UPT Competence is responsible to the Director and co-ordinated by the Deputy Director of the academic field and cooperation. Article 46 UPT Competence has the task of implementing the training and competence. Article 47 in the discharge of duties, Competence UPT organizes functions: a. the preparation of plans, programs, and budget; b. the development of education and training with specific competence; c. outreach education and training professions; d. granting of service competence; and e. Administrative Affairs UPT implementation Competence. Article 48 the competency Test consisting of UPT: a. head; b. Administrative Officer; and c. Article 53 Term Functional Group/Technical Personnel as referred to in article 36 of the letter c, letter c of article 40, article 44 letter c, article 48 of the letter c, and section 52 of the letter c has the task of carrying out the functional/technical activities in accordance with the provisions of the laws-invitation.
