THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT INDONESIA NATIONAL VOYAGE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve the structure of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Voyant National Indonesia, it is necessary to increase the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT of the National Shipping Indonesia which originated from the transfer of State-owned Goods to the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia which is the source of the Budget and State Shopping Budget Year 1999/2000, 2002/2003, and 2006;
B. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and to carry out the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 Year 2003 on the State-Owed Business Agency, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Addition of the Inclusion Capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the Stock Capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Shipping National Indonesia;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);

DECIDED:
SET OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT FOR INDONESIA ' S NATIONAL VOYAGE.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia made the addition of a capital inclusion in the stock capital of Perseroan (Persero) PT Voyage National Indonesia which was established under Government Regulation Number 9 of 1973 on the Disposition of Corporate Forms Country “an Indonesian National Service ” Being a Perseroan Company (Persero).
Section 2
(1) The value of adding the inclusion of the capital of the country as referred to in Article 1 of Rp2.997.874.185.088, 93 (two trillion nine hundred ninety-seven billion eight hundred and seventy-five million hundred and eighty-five thousand eighty-five thousand and eighty-five thousand and eighty-five thousand. Eight rupiah ninety-three cents.
(2) The addition of the country's capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is derived from the transfer of the State Property of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia:
a. The cruiser Dorolonda is based on the budget of the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 1999/2000 amounted to Rp660.866.454,618.00 (six hundred sixty billion eight hundred and sixty-six million four hundred and fifty-four thousand. six hundred eighteen rupiah).
B. The ship's Motor Nggapulu was based on the Budget and Shopping Budget of the State of the Year 1999/2000 amounting to Rp721.271,508.170, 93 (seven hundred twenty one billion two hundred and seventy one million five hundred and eight thousand one hundred thousand. seventy rupiah ninety-three cents).
C. The Labobar Motor Ship, which was based on the budget of the Budget and Shopping Budget of the Year 2002/2003 amounted to Rp629.209.522.400.00 (six hundred and twenty-nine billion two hundred and nine million five hundred and twenty-two thousand four hundred. rupiah).
D. Mount Dempo, whose case is derived from the 2006 State Budget Revenue and Shopping Budget fund Rp986.526.699.900,00 (nine hundred and eighty-six billion five hundred and twenty-six million six hundred and ninety-six million) nine thousand nine hundred rupiah).
Section 3
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
