ABOUT
SOCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CULTURAL COMMUNITY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the existence of the Cultural Community is one of the social capital for the preservation of cultural diversity as well as the strengthening of the character and identity of the Indonesian nation
B. that to maintain a Cultural Community in order to preserve the cultural value that is sourced from local wisdom, it needs to provide assistance;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Minister of Education and Culture on Social Assistance for the Cultural Community;
Given: 1. Law No. 17 of 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1

Article 2
Giving Social Assistance to the Cultural Community aims:

Article 3
Social assistance is given in the form of money.
Section 4
Social assistance is given to:

b. The Trust Community, which is comprised of the Trust Governing Organization.
BAB II
REQUIREMENTS
Section 5
Social assistance is given to the Cultural Community in the region of the Republic of Indonesia Union that meets the criteria:

Social assistance is given to the Cultural Community which:

BAB III
HELP SOURCE
Section 8

BAB IV
THE GIVING MECHANISM
Section 10

Section 11

BAB V
MONITORING AND REPORTING
Section 12
(1) Monitoring is done by Directorate.

B. conformity of type, specifications and the form of realization of social assistance with the proposed proposal;

Section 13
(1) The Manager in the Cultural Community reports the use of social assistance to the Directorate.
(2) The matters reported by the managers in the Cultural Community are those related to the development of the absorption of social aid and of its improvement.
(3) The Directorate is reporting on the implementation of social assistance to the Minister with the busan Director General.
BAB VI
Revocation
Section 14
Minister, Director General or Director may be able to cancel social assistance to the Cultural Community if the recipient ' s Cultural Community is closed, dissolved, or the use of assistance does not comply with the proposed proposal.

Further provisions on the requirements and mechanisms of social assistance delivery are set up in the Technical Directive set forth by the Director General on behalf of the Minister.
Article 16
