BETWEEN THE ASEAN SUB-REGION (PROTOCOL 4 ABOUT
UNLIMITED FIFTH TRANSPORT FREEDOM RIGHTS
ASEAN SUB-REGION)
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Manila, Philippines, on May 20, 2009 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed Protocol 3 on Unlimited Third and Fourth Freedom Traffic Rights between the ASEAN Sub-Region (Protocol 3 on the Freedom of Third Angkut Rights and Protocol 4 on Unlimited Fifth Freedom Traffic Rights between the ASEAN Sub-Region (Protocol 4 on the Freedom of the Fifth Unrestricted Rights Between ASEAN Subregions), as a result of Talks of the Delegation of the Association of Nations Member States in the 14th ASEAN Transport Ministerial Level Session;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to pass those protocols to the President's Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 74 of 2011 on Unrest ASEAN Multilateral Agreement on Air Services (ASEAN Multilateral Agreement on Air Transport Services) as well as Protocol 1 on Unlimited Third and Fourth Freedom Traffic Rights Within the ASEAN Sub-Region (Protocol 1 on the Third and Fourth Unlimited Freedoms of the ASEAN Subregions) and Protocol 2 on Unlimited Fifth Freedom Traffic Rights Within the ASEAN Sub-Region (Protocol 2 on Unlimited Fifth Transport Rights In The ASEAN Subregion) (Country Sheet) Republic of Indonesia 2011 No. 99);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S RULE ON ATTESTATION PROTOCOL 3 ON UNLIMITED THIRD AND FOURTH FREEDOM TRAFFIC RIGHTS BETWEEN THE ASEAN SUB-REGION (PROTOCOL 3 ON THE FREEDOM OF THIRD AND FOURTH UNRESTRICTED TRANSPORT RIGHTS BETWEEN SUBREGIONS) ASEAN) AND PROTOCOL 4 ON UNLIMITED FIFTH FREEDOM TRAFFIC RIGHTS BETWEEN THE ASEAN SUB-REGION (PROTOCOL 4 ON THE FREEDOM OF UNRESTRICTED FIFTH TRANSPORT RIGHTS BETWEEN THE ASEAN SUBREGIONS).

Authoring
Protocol 3 on Unlimited Third and Fourth Freedom Traffic Rights between the ASEAN Sub-Region (Protocol 3 on the Third and Fourth Unlimited Freedoms of the ASEAN Subregions) and
Protocol 4 on Unlimited Fifth Freedom Traffic Rights between the ASEAN Sub-Region (Protocol 4 on Freedom of the Unrestricted Fifth Angicut Rights between ASEAN Subregions), which has been signed in Manila, Philippines, on May 20, 2009 whose original manuscript in English and its translation in Indonesian as attached and is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the translation of the Protokol-protocol in English with the original English text as referred to in Article 1, the original text is the original English text.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
