THE CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENT ' S 2006 10-YEAR RULE ON NATIONAL TANKFORCE
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing in: that to increase the institutional capacity of the National Land Agency to be more effective in carrying out tasks and functions in the field of national, regional and sectoral areas, it needs to establish the President ' s Regulation on The Changes To The Presidential Regulation Number 10 Of 2006 On The National Tantaposition;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act Number 5 of the Year 1960 on the Basic Regulation of the Agrarian Pokok Agrarian (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 1960 Number 104, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2043);
3. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 4437) as amended in the last few times by the Act of 2004. Number 12 In 2008 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 59, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4844);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2006 on the National Board of Transportation;

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2006 10-YEAR RULE ON THE NATIONAL TANTAPOSITION.

Section 1

Some provisions in the Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2006 on the National Pertanahan Agency, are amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 47 of the paragraph (1) are removed and the paragraph (2) is changed, so that Article 47 reads as follows:

Article 47

(1) Remoted.
(2) The head of the National Board of Tanahan Can Be Served By Civil Servants Or Not Civil Servants.

2. The provisions of Article 48 paragraph (1) are changed, so that Article 48 reads as follows:

Section 48

(1) The Principal Secretary, Deputy and the Principal Inspector is the structural position of the eselon I.a.
(2) The head of the Bureau, Director, Head of the Center, Inspector, and Head of the Provincial Office of the Provincial National Agency is the structural post of the II.a.
(3) Head of the Section, Head of Subdirectorate, Head of Field, and Head of the Regency/City Office is the structural position of the III.a III.a.
(4) Subsection Chief, Section Chief, and Subfield Chief is the structural post of eselon IV.a.

The 3.Terms of Section 50 are deleted.
4.Diantara Article 50 and Section 51 are inserted 1 (one) section, i.e. Section 50A, so that it reads as follows:

Section 50A

(1) Civil Servants Who Were Appointed To The Head Of The National Tanahan Agency were dismissed from his organics as head of the National Police Agency without losing his status as a civil servant.
(2) Civil Servants who quit or have ended his term as Head of the National Security Agency, reactivated as Civil Servants in accordance with laws.
(3) Public servants who are appointed to the Head of the National Security Agency are dismissed with respect as the State Employees if they have reached the retirement age limit and are granted their employees ' rights under the provisions of the laws.

The provisions of Section 51 are amended, so the provisions of Article 51 reads:

Section 51

The financial, administrative, and other facilities for the Head of the National Security Agency are given the Minister's level.

Section II

This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
