PT THE ASSET MAINTAINER COMPANY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (3) of the Government Regulation No. 49 of 2010 on the Change of the Structure of the Stock Ownership of the State through the New Stock Publishing of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Waskita Karya, the ownership of the shares of the Company Persero (Persero) PT Corporate Asset Management (Persero) PT Waskita Karya temporary and subsequent shares of Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Corporate Asset Management (Persero) PT Waskita Karya (Persero) PT Waskita Karya diverted to belong to State in accordance with the provisions of Regulation The negotiations;
B. that by means of the performance of the Company PT Waskita Works after restructuring and/or revitalization necessary to restore the status of the Company PT Waskita Karya into the State-Owed Business Agency;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b and to carry out the provisions of Section 4 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body and Section 22 of the paragraph (1) Government Regulation No. 44 2005 on the Tata Cara and the State Capital Company in the State-owned Enterprises and Limited Perseroan Enterprises, need to establish the Government Regulation on the Reduction of the Capital of the Republic of Indonesia in the Company of Perseroan (Persero) The Asset Manager of the Program;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 19 of 2003 on the State Governing Body (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 70, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);
3. Government Regulation No. 44 Year 2005 on the Tata Inclusion And Entrepreneurship Enterprises of the State-owned Enterprises and Limited Perseroan (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2005 No. 116, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 4555);
4. Government Regulation No. 49 Year 2010 on Change of State Stock Ownership Structure through New Stock Publishing on the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Waskita Karya (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 68);
DECIDED:
Establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE REDUCTION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE COUNTRY CAPITAL INDONESIA IN THE COMPANY OF PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT THE ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia conducts a reduction in capital inclusion on the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Corporate Asset Management established under Government Regulation No. 10 Year 2004 on the Establishment of a Perseroan Company (Persero) in the United States. Asset Management Fields as amended by Government Regulation No. 61 of 2008 on Changes to the Government Regulation No. 10 Year 2004 on the Establishment of the Company Perseroas (Persero) in the Asset Management of Assets.
Section 2
(1) The reduction of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 of Rp804.671.584.634.00 (eight hundred four billion six hundred and seventy one million five hundred and eighty-four thousand six hundred and thirty-four rupiah), which consists of up:
a. Venture capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Enterprise Asset Management (Persero) PT Waskita Karya Rp474.992,100.000.00 (four hundred seventy-four billion nine hundred and ninety-two million hundred thousand. rupiah); and
B. (Persero) PT Waskita Works by Rp329.679.484.634.00 (three hundred and twenty-nine billion six hundred and seventy-nine million) Four hundred and eighty-four thousand six hundred and thirty-four rupiah.
(2) The reduction of the State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is taken from a portion of the capital of the Perseroan Company (Persero) of the Asset Management Company (PPT), which is designated for restructuring and/or the revitalization of the State-owned Enterprises Agency.
Section 3
(1) The reduction of the country's capital inclusion as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) makes the ownership of the shares of the Company Perseroan (Persero) of the Company of Assets (Persero) of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Waskita Karya switched to a share of the property The State of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Waskita Karya so that the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Waskita Karya became the State-owned Enterprises Agency.
(2) In the presence of a transfer of shares as referred to in paragraph (1) resulted in the ownership of the State shares directly on the Persero Company PT Waskita Karya 100% (one hundred percent) with the amount of capital available to be the size of the same. Rp654.992,100.000.00 (six hundred and fifty-four billion nine hundred and ninety-two million thousand rupiah) consists of:
a. State paid capital Rp180.000.000.00 (one hundred and eighty billion rupiah); and
B. Capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) Assero Company Assero Company (Persero) PT Waskita Karya Rp474.992.100.000.00 (four hundred and seventy-four billion nine hundred and ninety-two million One hundred thousand rupiah).
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
