ABOUT
THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
ON THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION
AND DEVELOPMENT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the State of the Republic of Indonesia is a member of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development which has the obligation to lease a number of funds as an inclusion of state capital;
B. that in order to maintain the magnitude of the percentage of the State of the Republic of Indonesia on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and to carry out the obligations as referred to in the letter a, it needs to do the addition of inclusion country capital on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development;
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b as well as to carry out the provisions of Article 32 of the paragraph (2) of the Law No. 22 Year 2011 on the State Budget and Shopping Budget 2012 as well as Amended by Law Number 4 of the Year 2012 on Changes to Act No. 22 Year 2011 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of the Budget 2012, need to establish Government Regulation on Adding Inclusion Of State Capital Republic of Indonesia on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development;
Remembering: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2004 Number 5, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);
3. Law No. 22 Year 2011 on Budget and State Shopping of 2012 Budget (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 113, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 5254) as amended by Law No. 4 of the Year 2012 on Changes to the Law No. 22 Year 2011 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year 2012 Budget (State Sheet of Indonesia 2012 No. 87, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia No. 5303);
DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TO THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion on the International Bank For Reconstruction and Development, which was passed by Law No. 9 of 1966 on the Membership of the Republic of Indonesia in the Fund. International Monetary Fund (International Monetary Fund) and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development) as amended by Law No. 2 of 1967 on Change of the International Monetary Fund (International Monetary Fund). Act Number 9 Year 1966 on Membership Return of the Republic of Indonesia in the International Monetary Fund and the Bank For Reconstruction and Development.
Section 2
(1) The value of adding the inclusion of the country's capital as referred to in Article 1 of the most Rp147,759,192,000.00 (one hundred and forty-seven billion seven hundred and fifty-nine million thousand rupiah) consisting of from:
a. The payment of the Promissory Note of Rp39.174,191,965.00 (thirty-nine billion one hundred seventy-four million hundred and ninety-one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five rupiah).
B. The payment of General Capital Increase (GCI) is at most Rp66.785,000.00 (sixty-six billion seven hundred and eighty-five million rupiah) or equivalent to USD7.030,000.00 (seven million thirty thousand United States dollars).
C. The payment Selected Capital Increase (SCI) amounted to most Rp41.800.000.00 (forty-one billion eight hundred million rupiah) or equivalent to USD4.400,000.00 (four million four hundred thousand United States dollars).
(2) The addition of the inclusion of the country capital as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Shopping Year 2012 Budget.
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the country's capital inclusion on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development as referred to in Article 1 is done by the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
