SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF STATE OF RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY ON OFFICE AND OFFICE. "EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS IN THE MINISTRY OF RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY".

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

4. Structural office is a position that indicates the duty, responsibility, authority, and right of a civil servant in order to lead a unit of state organization.

5. A General Functional Position is a position that indicates the duty, responsibility, authority, and right of a Civil Service in a unit of organization that is in the conduct of its duties based on certain skills and/or skills as well as standalone, the uplift in that post and the increase in rank are not required with the credit score.

6. CHAPTER II OF OFFICE AND CLASS OFFICE

c. Specific Functional Positions.

(3) The Title as referred to in paragraph (2) has a Class of Title.
