(2) The request in writing as referred to in paragraph (1) must be made in accordance with Example A Form of an Annual Leave Request as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.
(3) The granting of annual leave is given in writing by the official who is authorized to give leave and is made in accordance with Example B as set forth in Annex II of this Regulation.


Paragraph 3
Remaining Use of Annual Leave
Section 10
(1) The remaining annual Cuti 6 (six) working days or less remains the rights of the PNS in question and becomes an additional annual leave in the following year.
(2) The remaining annual Cuti combines its use with an annual leave of the year, and can be taken for the longest time:
a. 18 (eighteen) work days including running annual leave; and
B. 24 (twenty emapat) days of work including running annual leave, if an annual leave is not taken in full within a few years.
(3) The remaining annual leave submission as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2) must list the remaining amount of annual leave of the annual leave on each year in question.


Paragraph 4
Suspension Of Annual Leave
Section 11
(1) If the interest of the service is urgent, the official who is authorized to give leave can suspend the implementation of the annual leave of the PNS.
(2) The annual Cuti can only be suspended its implementation if the concerned PNS is not likely to leave his job due to an urgent work that must be immediately resolved.
(3) Reprieve as referred to in paragraph (1) at most (one) years.
(4) The suspended annual Cuti as referred to in paragraph (1) may be taken within the next year for 24 (twenty-four) working days including the ongoing annual leave.
(5) On the form of an annual leave request letter such as an example of A Form Annual Leave Request as set forth in Annex II of this Regulation, in the column section “a decision of the authorized officials to give leave of the word “be nodded ”.
(6) The suspension as referred to in paragraph (1) is required for the remaining annual leave to be exercised and accumulated with annual leave the following year.
(7) Officials who are authorized to give leave can conduct the slowest annual suspension of leave of December of the year running.
(8) Without the presence of a suspension as referred to in paragraph (1), the length of the annual leave that can be taken the year is running for at least 18 (eighteen) work days.


The Third Part
Sick Leave
Paragraph 1
General
Section 12
The ill-suffering civil servant is entitled to the sick Cuti.

Paragraph 2
Use Of Sick Leave
Section 13
(1) the PNS who suffered the most painful two (two) days must inform his superiors.
(2) PNS who suffer pain more than 2 (two) days up to 14 (fourteen) days must submit a sick leave request in writing to the official who is authorized to give leave by attaching a doctor ' s caption letter.
(3) PNS who are suffering ill over 14 (fourteen) days must submit a sick leave request in writing to the official who is authorized to give leave by attaching a doctor ' s affidavit from a government hospital.
(4) The request of a sick leave as referred to in paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) shall be made in accordance with the Example of E Form Requesting Sick Leave Application as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.


Section 14
(1) The sick cuti can be given the longest of 1 (one) year and can be added for at least 6 (six) months based on the government hospital physician ' s description of the letter.
(2) PNS who have been on leave of illness for 1 (one) year plus 6 (six) months as referred to in paragraph (1) based on the results of the testing by the Minister of Health 's designated physician and doctor' s letter of information from the government hospital yet Declared cured, then the PNS concerned was discharged with respect from his post due to illness and got the money waiting under the laws.
(3) PNS women who experienced fall content are entitled to a sick leave for at least 1 (one) month 15 (fifteen) days.
(4) PNS who had an accident in carrying out his duty of duty was entitled to a sick leave until recovering from his illness and received full income.


The Fourth Part
The Big Leave
Paragraph 1
General
Section 15
(1) PNS who have been working at least 6 (six) years perpetually, entitled to the longest leave of the last 3 (three) months.
(2) The large Cuti can be used by the PNS concerned to fulfill religious obligations.
(3) PNS who have undergone a major leave of absence, are no longer entitled to annual leave in the year in question.


Section 16
PNS who will or have used a major leave of absence, remain entitled to:
a. Shared leave;
B. annual leave of leave in the year before use of major leave;
c. sick leave;
D. paternity leave for his son ' s first, second, and third; and
e. leave of absence due to important reasons.

Section 17
During the course of the major leave, the PNS remains a full income.

Paragraph 2
Big Leave Request
Section 18
(1) The PNS must submit a request in writing to the official who authorized the slowest leave of 5 (five) working days prior to the time of the use of the major leave.
(2) The request in writing as referred to in paragraph (1) must be made in accordance with Example C Form of a Big Leave Request as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.


Section 19
(1) The large Cuti is provided by the Officer in charge of providing leave based on the submitted request made in accordance with Example D of the Great Cuti License as set forth in Annex II of this Regulation.
(2) Officials who are authorized to grant 14"> (3) Annual Cuti that will be executed in the difficult place of the relationship, then the term of the annual leave can be added for at least 14 (fourteen) days.


Section 8
(1) The annual Cuti can be used for a minimum term of 3 (3) business days.
(2) The use of annual leave may be combined with a mutual leave of absence.

Annual Leave Use

Section 37
The completed PNS is on leave of absence outside the country's obligation to report itself in writing to the Head of the Agency in accordance with the Example S Report Has Done Running Cuti Beyond the State of the March in Annex II of this Regulation.

Section 38
(1) The Head of the Agency after receiving a report from the completed PNS running the leave of absence outside the country is obligated to place and rehire if there is a vacancy with first received approval from the Head of BKN.
(2) In the event of no vacancy, then the Head of the Agency reported to the Head of the BKN for the possibility of being channeled into its placement on another instance.
(3) In the case of the Head of BKN unable to channel the placement of the civil servant, the Head of the BKN informed the Chief of the Agency to dismiss the civil servant with the rights of the staffing according to the laws.


Section 39
PNS is honed with respect as a civil servant if it does not report back to the Head of the Agency after the expiration of a leave of absence outside the State's dependents.

BAB V
OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 40
For the operational solubility of the Technical Managing Unit, any given leave permit mail must be delivered to the Head of the Provincial Coordinator Station concerned.

BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 41
With the enactment of this Regulation, the Decree of the Head of the Meteorological and Geophysics Agency Number SK.111/KP.1005/KB/BMG-2004 was revoked and declared not valid.

Section 42
This rule goes into effect on the set date.

Section 30
PNS who have used leave due to important reasons, remain entitled to the top:
a. Shared leave;
B. annual leave of the year running and annual leave of the year before use;
c. paternity leave;
D. big leave; and
e. Sick leave.
The Seventh Part
Leave Outside of State Dependents
Paragraph 1
General
Section 31
(1) PNS who have been working at least 5 (five) years continuously for important and urgent personal reasons may be granted leave outside of the country's dependents.
(2) The Cuti outside of the country's dependents can be given for at least 3 (three) years and can be extended at least 1 (one) year if there is an important reason to extend it.
(3) An important and urgent personal reason as referred to in paragraph (1) may be considered if accompanied by supporting evidence.


Section 32
During the leave of absence outside the State's responsibilities, the PNS in question is not entitled to receive income from the State and is not taken into account as a civil term for civil service.

Section 33
(1) PNS who exercise leave outside of the State dependents are exempt from office, except for leave outside of the State dependents due to childbirth.
(2) The vacant post as referred to in paragraph (1) is immediately able to be filled.


Paragraph 2
Leave Request Outside The Country ' s Tangling
Section 34
(1) The PNS must submit a request in writing to the official who authorized the slowest leave of 5 (five) working days prior to the time of use of leave outside the State of the Dependents.
(2) The request in writing as referred to in paragraph (1) must be made in accordance with Example N Form of the Request Leave Outside Of The Country's dependents as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.
(3) The request in writing as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered to the Chief Human Resources Section to be forwarded to the Head of the State Board of State through the Head of the Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics and made accordingly Example of P Form Request for Leave Agreement Outside of the State Dependents as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.
(4) The Cuti outside of the State dependents can only be used according to the SK Officials who are authorized to give leave after receiving approval from the Head of the BKN and are made in accordance with an Example of the Cuti Decision Letter outside the State of the Dependents.


Section 35
(1) The extended leave of absence outside of the State dependents must be submitted with a letter of request in writing by the PNS to the Chief of Human Resources at least 3 (three) months prior to the leave of absence from the end of the country's dependents.
(2) The letter of the request as referred to in paragraph (1) must be made in accordance with Sample Q Form of an extended leave of absence outside the country's dependents as set forth in Appendix II of this Regulation.
