11. The IPHHK Ingredient Usage Efficiency Report is a report describing in detail the use of round wood raw materials, medium round wood and or small round wood into primary processed wood.
12. The production permit capacity is the maximum production volume each year that is permitted, based on the industrial business permit of the authorized official.
13. Plan of fulfilment of the primary industrial raw materials Wood forest results (RPBBI) is a plan that contains the need for raw materials and supplies of raw materials derived from legitimate sources as well as the utilization/use of raw materials and production in accordance with the primary industry clearance capacity of the forest results and the availability of warranty supply of raw materials for a term of 1 (one) year that is the raw material supply control system.
14. Drafting and delivery of RPBBI or RPBBI alteration or monthly report realization of RPBBI electronically is the drafting and delivery of RPBBI or RPBBI change or RPBBI change or monthly report realization of RPBBI conducted electronically through Web-based application.

Section 2
(1) The determination of the Industrial Default Materials Fulfillment Plan (RPBBI) Primary Wood Forest Results intended to provide legal certainty and guidelines to IU-IPHHK holders in the drafting and delivery of RPBBI, RPBBI changes and the monthly report of realization RPBBI to run in an orderly fashion, smoothly and timely;
(2) The RPBBI designation goal is:
a. Recognition of its fulfilment and utilization/use of raw materials as well as the production of IPHHK processed wood;
B. The fulfillment of the fulfillment and utilization/use of the IPHHK raw materials from a legitimate and sustainable source;
C. The form of ease, speed, effectiveness and flexibility of IU-IPHHK holders in the drafting and delivery of RPBBI, RPBBI changes and monthly report of RPBBI realization;
D. The performance of RPBBI's coaching and execution control;
e. The availability of data and the information fulfillment and utilization/use of raw materials as well as the production of processed wood accessible to the public/public.

(1) Any Primary Customer Service Provider (IU IPHHK) is required to build a RPBBI every year.
(2) The RPBBI as referred to in paragraph (1) contains among others:
a. Planned Timber Production Plans;
B. Raw Materials Needs Plan;
C. Raw Materials Fulfillment Plans;
D. Utilization Plan/Use of the Baku Materials; and
e. Marketing Plan For Wood Processing.
(3) The RPBBI as referred to in paragraph (2) is compiled using the format as set forth in Appendix I of this Regulation.
