SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FORESTRY ON THE CHANGE OVER THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER FORESIGHT NUMBER P. 40/Menhut-II/2010 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE GOVERNANCE OF THE MINISTRY OF FORESTRY.

Article I Some provisions in the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry P. 40/Menhut- II/2010 about the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Forestry (State News Indonesia 2010 Number 405) were changed as follows: 1. The provisions of Article 58 were amended to read as follows:

Article 58

Section 868 D Center Means and the Forestry Equipment consists of: a. Area of Forestry; b. The Field of Forestry Equipment; and c. Subsections Tata Enterprises.

Section 868 F In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 868 E, the Field of Forestry Means organizes a function: a. Drafting and implementation of technical policies, plans and

programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the field of air transport facilities;

b. Preparation and execution of technical policies, plans and programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the execution of tasks in the field of means of transit; and

c. The preparation and execution of technical policies, plans and programs, and monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the execution of tasks in the field of transport means of water.

Section 868 G Fields The Forest Means consists of:

a. "Air Transport"; and b.

(1) Subfield of Air Transport Means having the task of drafting and implementing technical policies, plans and programs, and

monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the field of airlift means.

(2) Subfields of Land and Air Transport Facilities have the task of drafting and execution of technical policies, plans and program, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the areas of land and water transport facilities.

Section 868 I Field of Forestry Equipment has the task of drafting and executing technical policies, plans and programs, and monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the execution of tasks in the field of forestry equipment

Section 868 J In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 868 I, the Field of Forestry Equipment organizes functions: a. Drafting and implementation of technical policies, plans and

programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the field of forest security equipment;

b. Preparation and execution of technical policies, plans and programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the field of forest fire outages; and

c. The preparation and execution of technical policies, plans and programs, and monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the execution of tasks in the field of disease pest control equipment.

Article 868 K Field Equipment The Forest Service consists of: a. Subfield of Forest Security Equipment; and b. Subfields of the Forest Fire Fire Department and

pest Control Disease Control. Section 868 L

(1) Subfield of Forest Safety Equipment has the task of drafting and execution of technical policies, plans and programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the field of forest security equipment;

(2) Forest Fire and Pest Control equipment subfields have the task of drafting and executing technical policies, plans and programs, as well as monitoring, evaluation and reporting of task execution in the field of fire equipment forest and pest control of the disease.

Section 868 Q (1) The Tata Business Subsection has a duty to do business

entrepreneurship, employment, finance, crowd, and central reporting.

(2) Subsection of Tata Business be responsible for the Head of the Ministry of Forestry and the functional responsibility of the Head of the Center.
