ORDINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

ABOUT
THE PERMISSIONS INFORMATION SERVICE IN THE FIELD
FORESIGHT ONLINE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF FORESTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to improve effective, efficient, and transparent licensing services to the perpetrators of efforts to support the smooth and speed, and as implementing the Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2003 on National Policy and Strategy. e-Government development needs to apply a permissions service system online;
B. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Minister of Forestry Regulation on the Service of the Licensing Information in the Field of Forestry Online;

DECIDED:

Establish: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE MINISTRY OF LICENSING INFORMATION IN THE FIELD OF FORESTRY ONLINE.

Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Electronic Systems is a system for collecting, preparing, storing, processing, analyzing, and disseminating electronic information.
2. Permits are the granting of legality to the applicant either in the form of recognition, appointment, assignment, consent, or registration.
3. Portal is a system that will perform information integration that ensures data security and information and integrates the flow and information processes between internal systems automatically.
4. The applicant is an individual person, enterprise entity, legal entity, government agency or other state agency that uses the Portal to obtain a service of licensing information in the field of forestry.
5. Electronic Documents are any electronic information that is created, forwarded, sent, received, or stored in an analog, digital, electromagnetic, optical or similar form, visible, displayed and/or heard via a computer. or electronic systems, including but not limited to writing, voice, images, maps, designs, photographs or the like, letters, signs, numbers, access codes, symbols or perforations that have meaning or meaning or can be understood by the person capable of understand it.

7. Section 2
(1) Licensing information services in the field of forestry are gradually done with the electronic system via the licensing service Portal.

Section 3
The licensing service as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) may be given only to the applicant who has had the Right of Access.

Section 4
(1) The access rights as referred to in Section 3 may be obtained with the following requirements:
a. The applicant enlists through
http://lpp.dephut.go.id by filling in the complete and correct form of the form and delivering the results of the printing to the licensing of the permissions of the permissions; and

Section 5
(1) The Minister appoints the Secretary General to grant consent or a rejection of the plea for obtaining and performing the revocation of Access Rights.

Section 6

Section 7

Section 8

Section 9

Section 10

Section 11
(1) The right of access to the permissions service ends in terms of:
a. Access Rights Owner does not use consecutive permissions for 6 (six) months;
B. The owner of the Access entitlement makes a request to the Portal Manager to perform the termination of the Access entitlement for the licensing service;
C. The owner of the Access Rights violates the provisions in Article 6;
D. The Portal manager assesses the misuse of the service by the Owner of the Access Rights;
e. The Portal Manager receives a request in writing from the related technical instance with respect to the violation committed by the owner of the Access Rights; or
f. The Portal maintainer carries out a must to perform termination of the Access Rights in order to implement the provisions of the laws.

Section 12

Section 13

Section 14
The operational implementation of the licensing information services is performed by the Portal Manager Team set by the Secretary General.

Section 15
All costs arising from the implementation of the Licensing Information Portal activities in the field of forestry are charged in the State Department of Forestry Revenue and Shopping (APBN) of the Ministry of Forestry.

Section 16
Further provisions on the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister are set with the Regulation of the Secretary General.

Section 17
