ABOUT
APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF THE ENFORCEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) LPG STEEL TUBE VALVE MANDATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to comply with the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) the LPG Steel Tube Valve which is legally enforced with the Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 09/M-IND/PER-/1/2012, in accordance with the provisions The laws have been conducted evaluations of the associated Assessment Institute, which is designated by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 109 /M-IND/PER/ 10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and LPG steel tube valve testing is mandatory;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) LPG Steel Tube Valves Are Mandatory;

5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Tasting and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011;
7. Presidential Decree Number 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86 /M-IND/PER/ 9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 105 /M-IND/PER/ 10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Industry;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 09 /M-IND/PER/ 1/2012 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Against LPG Steel Tube Valve Mandatory;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) LPG STEEL TUBE VALVES ARE MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Products Certification Institute as set forth in the letter A Annex of this Minister Regulation to perform the Obligatory LPG Steel Tube Valve SNI Certification;
B. Accredited Testing Lab as set forth in the letter B of this Minister Regulation Attachment to carry out LPG Steel tube valve testing; and
C. An unaccredited Test Laboratory as set forth in the letter C Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister to carry out the testing of LPG Steel tube valves.
Section 2
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter c must meet the requirements as the Laboratory of Testing Accreditation by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) in no time at least 3 (three) months since the Ordinance of Regulation. This minister and the reported accreditation were referred to the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu of the Industry Ministry.
(2) If in time as referred to in paragraph (1) the Testation Laboratory is not yet accredited, the appointment to the concerned is declared to be terminated.
Section 3
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the High Technology Based Excellence and the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu.
Section 4
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries conducting the monitoring and evaluation of the designated Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promulred, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the appointment of the Institution of Conformity Assessment of the SNI LPG steel tube valve as referred to in the Attachment The XIV Ordinance of Ministers is referred to, revoked and declared not valid.
