ABOUT
APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR FOR THE LPG STEEL TUBE SHALL BE MANDATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) of the Low Pressure Regulator for the mandatory LPG Steel Tabung with the Regulation of Industry Minister Number 10/M-IND/PER/1/2012, accordingly with the provisions of the laws there has been an evaluation of the Institution of related Conformity, which is designated by the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment of the SNI certification. Quality Testing of Low Pressure Regulators for LPG Steel Tubes Obligatory;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Low Pressure regulator for LPG Steel Tubes Obligatory;

2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 1986 on Regulatory Authority, Coaching and Industrial Development (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3330);
3. Government Regulation Number 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);
4. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Local Government and District/City Government (State Gazette of 2007 Indonesia Number 82, Extra State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4737);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation No. 91 of 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Tasting and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011;
7. Presidential Decree Number 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Industry;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 10/M-IND/PER/1/2012 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Low Pressure Regulator for LPG Steel Tubes Mandatory;
DECIDED:
Establish: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR FOR LPG STEEL TUBES TO BE MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute as set forth in the letter A Annex of this Minister Regulation to perform the SNI Certification of the Low Pressure Regulator for the LPG Steel Tube Mandatory; and
B. The Laboratory of Testing has been accredited as listed in the letter B of the Order of the Regulation of the Minister to carry out testing of the Low Pressure Regulator for LPG Steel TableTabs.
Section 2
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the High Technology Based Excellence and the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu.
Section 3
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries conducted the monitoring and evaluation of the Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promultable, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the appointment of the Institutionalization Assessment of the SNI of the Low Pressure Regulator for LPG Steel Tubes referred to in Annex XVI the Minister ' s Ordinance is referred, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
