ABOUT
APPOINTMENT OF THE CONFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF ENACTMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) SELF-SUFFICIENT SWABALASTS LIGHT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Swabalast lights which are mandatory with the Decree of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 377/MPP/Kep/11/2001 as amended. Amended by the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade Number 442/MPP/Kep/5/2002, in accordance with the provisions of the laws to have been conducted evaluation of the Institution of related Conformity, appointed with the Minister's Regulation. Industrial Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Swabalast Light Quality Testing;
c. that under consideration as intended in the letter a and the letter b, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) A Self-Sufficient Self-Service;

5. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 47 Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last several times with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 91 of 2011;

Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, the Task and Functions of the Ministry of State as amended by the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 92 Year 2011;

9. Decision of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 337/MPP/Kep/11/2001 on Compulsory Application Of National Standards Indonesia (SNI) Swa-balast Light for Public Lighting Service-Safety Requirements as amended by Decision of Minister of Industry and Trade Number 442/MPP/Kep/5/2002;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) OF THE SELF-SUFFICIENCE OF SWABALASTS.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute as set forth in this Order of Ministers ' Attachment on the letter A to perform the SNI Light Swathe Lamp Certification; and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of the Minister in the letter B to carry out Swabalast lamp testing.
Section 2
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the High Technology Based Excellence and the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu.
Section 3
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the designated Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promulred, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010 is all related to the appointment of the Institution of Conformity Assessment of the SNI Swabalast lamp as referred to in Annex III of the Regulation of the Minister intended, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
