APPOINTMENT OF THE CONFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF ENACTMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) MANDATORY SAFETY FOOTWEAR

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to perform the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) the Compulsory Footwear enforced by the Regulation Minister of Industry No. 37/M-IND/PER/3/2009 as amended by The Regulation of the Ministry of Industry Number 164/M-IND/PER/12/2009, in accordance with the provisions of the laws, has been made an evaluation of the Institution of related Conformity, which is appointed by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Safety testing.
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Monitoring (SNI) Mandatory Safety;

Given: 1. Act No. 5 of 1984 on Industry (State Gazette of Indonesia Republic of 1984 No. 22, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3274);
2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 1986 on Regulatory Authority, Coaching and Industrial Development (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3330);
3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);
4. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Local Government and District/City Government (State Gazette of 2007 Indonesia Number 82, Extra State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4737);
5. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 47 Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last several times with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 91 of 2011;

8. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesian Cabinet II Period 2009-2014 as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 37/M-IND/PER/3/2009 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Compulsory Protection Shoes as amended last with the Perauran Ministerial Number 164/M-IND/PER/12/2009;
11. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;

DECIDED:

Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) MANDATORY SAFETY SHOES.

Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institution as set forth in this Order of the Union Regulation on the letter A to perform the SNI Shoe Safety Certification as set forth in the Attachment in the letter A is referred to in the Attachment for the Order Document.
B. Test Lab, which has been accredited as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister in the letter B to carry out the testing of the Safe Shoes as set forth in the Annex to the letter B in question;
C. Unaccredited Product Certification Institutions as set forth in the Order of the Order of this Minister in the letter C to perform the Safeguard Shoe Certification as set forth in the Attachment on the letter C in question; and
D. The Laboratory of Unpaid Tests as set forth in the Order of the Order of the Minister in the letter D to carry out the testing of the Safe Shoes as set forth in the Annex to the letter D is referred to.

Section 2
(1) The Program Certification and Testing Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter c and the letter d must meet the requirements as the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) In no time at least 9 (nine) months since the promulcity of this Minister's Ordinance and the reporting of accreditation is referred to the Chief of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Studies of the Ministry of Industry.
(2) If at a time as referred to in paragraph (1) the Program Certification and the Test Laboratory is not yet accredited, its appointment is declared over.

Section 3
(1) If the appointment of the Product Certification Institution as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (2) terminates, the SNI Use Product (SPPT-SNI), which has been issued by the Program Certification, is intended to be transferred to another LSPro. Appointed.
(2) The Head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board performs the coordination of the transfer of the use of the SNI Use Product (SPPT-SNI) as referred to in paragraph (1) in no time at least 6 (6) months.
(3) The SPPT-SNI Use Product (SPPT-SNI) which has been diverted as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) is stated in effect until the corresponding SPPT-SNI is terminated.

Section 4
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate, and Mutu Review Board Industry.
