Back NEWS REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 241, 2011 REGULATIONS MINISTER of INDUSTRY REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number: 26/M-IND/PER/2/2012 CONCERNING the DESIGNATION of the CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT INSTITUTIONS in the FRAMEWORK of the IMPLEMENTATION and SUPERVISION of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) of three (3) ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS are MANDATORY with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of INDUSTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to smooth execution and supervision of the enforcement of Indonesia national standard (SNI) of three (3) Electronics industrial products imposed compulsorily by regulation of the Minister of industry Numbers 84/M-IND/PER/8/2010, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations have been conducted evaluation of conformity assessment related Institutions designated by regulation of the Minister of industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
b. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, need to appoint and assign a Product certification agencies and Testing Laboratories as listed in the appendix to this Ministerial Regulation as conformity assessment Institutions carry out certification and testing the quality of three (3) Electronics industrial products;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, needs to be issued Ministerial Regulation of industry about the designation of the conformity assessment Institutions in the framework of the implementation and supervision of the Indonesia national standard (SNI) of three (3) Electronics industrial products Are Mandatory;

9. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 on Indonesia's National Industry Standards;
10. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 84/M-IND/PER/8/2010 on the enforcement of Indonesia national standard (SNI) of three (3) Electronics industrial products Are Mandatory;
11. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 about the Organization and the Work of the Ministry of industry;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY REGARDING the DESIGNATION of the CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT INSTITUTIONS in the FRAMEWORK of the IMPLEMENTATION and SUPERVISION of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) of three (3) ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS are mandatory.
Article 1 Designates: a. the product certification Agencies have been accredited as contained in the annex to this regulation of the Minister in the letter A to perform the Certification LEVEL 3 (three) Electronic Industry Products as listed in the annex referred to in letter A;
b. Laboratory Testers who have been accredited as contained in the annex to this regulation of the Minister on the letter B to carry out testing of three (3) Electronics industrial products as listed in Annex B on the letter in question; and c. product certification Agencies that have not been accredited as contained in the annex to this regulation of the Minister on the letter C to carry out Certification LEVEL 3 (three) Electronic Industry Products as listed in the Appendix on the letter C in question.
Article 2 (1) Certifying a product as referred to in article 1 letter c must meet the requirements as product certification Institutions accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (RIGHT) within 1 (one) year since the enactment of the regulation of the Minister of this and report to the head of the Agency referred to the accreditation Assessment policy, climate, and the quality of the industry of the Ministry of industry.
(2) if within the time referred to in subsection (1) Certifying the products in question have not been accredited, his appointment was declared over.
Article 3 (1) if the designation of Certifying Products as referred to in article 2 paragraph (2) ends, Sertifkat Products Use SNI (SPPT-SNI) has been published by the institution of the intended product certification should be transferred to another designated LSPro.
(2) the head of the Agency for the assessment of policies, climate, and the quality of the industry do to diversion Sertifkat Products coordination Use SNI (SPPT-SNI) as referred to in paragraph (1) within 6 (six) months.
(3) use of the Products Sertifkat sign of SNI (SPPT-SNI) that had been redirected as mentioned in subsection (1) and (2) were declared valid until SPPT-SNI concerned over.
Article 4 Product certification agencies and Testing Laboratories as referred to in article 1 must report the results of performance testing and certification to the Director-General of Industry-based Flagship of high technology and the head of the Agency for the assessment of policies, climate, and the quality of the industry.

Article 5 the head of Agency Policy, climate Studies, and the quality of the industry doing the monitoring and evaluation of Product certification agencies designated Examiners and laboratories referred to in article 1.

Article 6 this regulation of the Minister at the time of the promulgation, the regulation of the Minister of industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010-all related to the designation of conformity assessment Institutions over SNI 3 (three) Electronic Industry Products as referred to in the annex, annex XXIX XXX XXXI Attachment, and the regulation of the Minister referred to, revoked and declared inapplicable.

Article 7 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
