B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it needs to designate and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Assessment to perform the certification and the Quality testing of the Two-wheeled Motorized Vehicle Helmet;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of The institution Of Conformance In The Order Of The Treatment And Surveillance Of The National Standards Of Indonesia (SNI) Motorized Motorized Vehicle Rider Helmet Mandatory;

9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 40 /M-IND/PER/6-/2008 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Helmet Motorized Vehicle Two-Wheeled Vehicles Are Mandatory as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 40/M-IND/PER/4/2009;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/-9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 105/M-IND/PER/-10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) THE HELMET OF A TWO-WHEEL MOTOR VEHICLE IS MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute (LSPro) as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister to carry out the SNI Helmet Of A Two-Wheeled Motorized Vehicle Rider; and
B. The test laboratory has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Order of the Order of the Minister to carry out the testing of the Two-wheeled Motorized Vehicle Helmet.
Section 2
The LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Chief Policy Review Board, Climate, and Industrial Load.
Section 3
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board conducted the monitoring and evaluation of the LSPro and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister was promulaled, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 74/M-IND/PER/7/2012 was revoked and declared not valid.
Section 5
