ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) SHEET STEEL AND THE ALUMINIUM-ZINC ALLOY SCROLLS (Bj.LAS) OBLIGATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order for the implementation of the implementation and supervision of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of the Iron Sheet and the Aluminium-Seng Alloy Scrolls (Bj.LAS) which are legally enforced with the Number of Industry Minister-Industry Regulation 02/M-IND/PER/1/2009 as amended by the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 39/M-IND/PER/2/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Law, the evaluation of the associated Concurrent Assessment Institute is appointed with the Regulations Minister Perindustrian Number 33/M-IND/PER/2/2012;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it needs to designate and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Assessment to perform the certification and the Steel quality testing of the sheet and Aluminium-Seng Alloy Scrolls (Bj.LAS);
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Steel Sheet and Aluminium-Seng Alloy Rolls (Bj.LAS) Are Obligatory;

7. Decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 on the Establishment of the Cabinet of Indonesia United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 02/M-IND/PER/1-/2009 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of Steel Sheet and Layer Aluminium Alloy Scroll (Bj.LAS) Compulsory as it has been amended last with the Minister ' s Ordinance Industry Number 39/M-IND/PER/3/2009;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86 /M-IND/PER/9-/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 105/M-IND/PER/-10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) SHEET STEEL AND THE ALUMINIUM-ZINC ALLOY SCROLLS (Bj.LAS) OBLIGED.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute (LSPro) as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of the Minister to carry out the SNI Steel Sheet and Aluminium-Seng Alloy Scrolls (Bj.LAS); and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of the Minister is to carry out the testing of the Aluminium Alloy and Scrolls Of Aluminium-Seng (Bj.LAS).
Section 2
The LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Chief Policy Review Board, Climate, and Industrial Load.
Section 3
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the designated Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister was promulaled, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 33/M-IND/PER/2/2012 was revoked and declared not valid.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
