ABOUT
APPOINTMENT OF THE CONFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF ENACTMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) CEMENT OBLIGATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to comply with the implementation of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Semen which is legally enforced with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 35/M-IND/PER/4/2007, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations There has been an evaluation of the associated Assessment Institute appointed with the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2011;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, the need to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in Annex I and Annex II of this Minister's Regulation as the Institution of the Conformity of the Agreement. certification and quality testing of Semen;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry;
Given: 1. Act No. 5 of 1984 on Industry (State Gazette of Indonesia Republic of 1984 No. 22, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3274);

3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);

6. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan of the Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State;
7. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesian Cabinet II Period 2009-2014 as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 35/M-IND/PER/4/2007 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Semen Compulsory;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) OF CEMENT COMPULSORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. Product Certification Institutions which have been accredited as set forth in Appendix I of this Minister's Regulation to perform the SNI Semen certification with the type of cement as set forth in Annex I referred to; and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in Appendix II of this Minister's Rule to carry out Semen testing with the type of cement as set forth in Annex II is referred to.
Section 2
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industry.
Section 3
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promultable, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the appointment of the Institution of Conformity Assessment of the SNI Semen as referred to in Appendix VI the Minister's Ordinance is referred to revoked and declared not valid.
Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
