REGULATIONS MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS

REPUBLIC INDONESIA NUMBER 14 IN 2012

ABOUT THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE TELECOM DEVICE DENSE-

WAVELENGTH DIGITAL MULTIPLEXER

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a that in accordance with the provisions in Section 71 of the paragraph (1) of the Government Regulation Number 52 of the Year 2000 concerning the Telecommunications which mentioned that any device and telecommunications device created, assembled, entered to be traded. and or are used in the State of the Republic of Indonesia to meet technical requirements;

b that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to establish the Regulations of the Minister of Communications and Informatics about the Requirements Telecommunications Device Engineering dense-wavelength Digital Multiplexer;.

2. Government Regulation No. 52 Year 2000 on Hosting Telecommunications (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2000 Number 107, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3980);

3. 2009 Presidential Decree No. 47 of the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State, as amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment of Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;

4. 7. The rules of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics Number 29 /PER/M. KOMINFO/09/ 2008 on the Certification of Tools and Telecommunication Devices;

8. The rules of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics Number 17 /PER/M. KOMINFO/10/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working Services of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF COMMUNICATION MINISTERS AND

THE INFORMATION IS ABOUT DENSE-WAVELENGTH DIGITAL MULTIPLEXER DEVICE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.

Article 1 Of The Telecom Device Dense-Wavelength Digital Multiplexer (DWDM)mandatory meeting technical requirements as referred to in an Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Rule of this Minister.
