ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) CEMENT OBLIGATORY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) Semen which is legally enforced with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 18/M-IND/PER/1/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations To the extent of the agreement, the evaluation of the relevant Assessment Instituts is appointed by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 04/M-IND/PER/1/2012;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Semen quality testing;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Cement Obligatory;

2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 1986 on Regulatory Authority, Coaching and Industrial Development (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3330);
3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);
4. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Local Government and District/City Government (State Gazette of 2007 Indonesia Number 82, Extra State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4737);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Republic of the Republic Regulation Indonesia Number 92 Year 2011;
7. Presidential Decree No. 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 86 /M-IND/PER/9-/2009 on Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 105/M-IND/PER/-10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 18 /M-IND/PER/1-/2012 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Semen Mandatory;
DECIDED:
establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMANCE IN ORDER OF THE ENFORCEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) OF CEMENT COMPULSORY.
Article 1
Pointing:
a. The Program for which the Program can be used for use with the Program is not available for use with the IBM SaaS.
b. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Order of the Order of the Minister to perform Semen testing with the type of semen as listed on the letter B in the Agreement.
Article 2
LSPro and the Test Lab as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Industry Review, Climate and Industrial Mutu.
Article 3
Head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board conducted monitoring and evaluation of the LSPro and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister was promulaled, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 04/M-IND/PER/1/2012 was revoked and declared to be not applicable.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
