ABOUT
APPOINTMENT OF THE COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD SUPERVISION AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA (SNI) CERAMIC TILES ARE MANDATORY

BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF INDUSTRIAL REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) of the Ceramic Tiles which are mandatory with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 84/M-IND/PER/8/2012, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the paragraph (1) and Section 12 paragraph (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 on the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields, need to appoint the Institution of Conformity Assessment as referred to in this Act of Regulation of the Minister for carrying out certification and testing of the ceramic Tile Tile;
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Supervision (SNI) of the ceramic tile Mandatory;

Given: 1. Act No. 5 of 1984 on Industry (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 1984 Number 22, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3274);
 2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 1986 on Regulatory Authority, Coaching and Industrial Development (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1986 No. 23, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3330);
 3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);
 4. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Local Government and District/City Government (State Gazette of 2007 Indonesia Number 82, Extra State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4737);
 5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 91 of 2011;
 6. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Republic of the Republic Regulation Indonesia Number 92 Year 2011;
 7. Presidential Decree No. 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
 8. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
 9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 84/M-IND/PER/8/2012 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Ceramic Tiles Are Mandatory;

DECIDED:
establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) CERAMIC TILES ARE MANDATORY.

Article 1
Pointing:
a. An unaccredited Product Certification (LSPro) as set forth in the letter A Attachment for the Regulation of the Minister to perform the Ceramic Tile Certification; and
b. The unaccredited Test Laboratory as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of this Minister of Regulation to carry out the testing of the ceramic tiles.

Article 2
(1) The LSPro or Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a or b, each must process accreditation to the National Accreditation Committee at the slowest 6 (six) months since promulctesting this Minister's Rule and Report on the progress of the accreditation process is referred to the Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Industrial Mutu of the Ministry of Industry.
(2) The LSPro or Test Laboratory as referred to in paragraph (1) must meet the requirements as an LSPro or Test Laboratory accredited by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN) for the ISO SNI Ceramic Tile Space. 13006:2010 in no later than two (two) years from January 1, 2013.
(3) If in time as referred to in paragraph (2) the LSPro or the Testation Laboratory is not yet accredited, its appointment is declared over.

Article 3
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of the interchange LSPro and the technical agencies.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Ceramic Tiles: and
B. supervision over the implementation of the application of the SNI Ceramic Tile is mandatory.

Section 4

LSPro and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Industry Review, Climate and Industrial Load.

Section 5
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries conduct an evaluation of the conduct of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 against the LSPro and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.

Section 6
(1) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Section 3, revoked its appointment designation.
(2) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 3 is conducted in a panel meeting evaluation.


Section 7
The Regulation of the Minister came into force on 1 January 2013.
