ABOUT
THE AUTHORIZING OF THE JINAN PUBLISHING AUTHORITY
TO COORDINATORS AND EXECUTORS
THE TRADE SERVICE UNIT
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
TRADE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to improve services to the world of venture through the Trade Service Unit of the Ministry of Commerce, it needs to be sought for the acceleration of the issuer issuer in the trade sector;
B. that in the accelerated issuer's attempt to publish in the letter a, it is necessary for a short authorization to publish a copy of the trade sector of the Minister of Commerce to the Coordinator and the Managing Service Unit Trade;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish a Trade Minister Regulation on the Delegation of the Perijinan Publishing Authority to the Coordinator and Managing of the Trade Service Unit;

5. Presidential Decree Number 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment and Appointing of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;
6. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
7. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011:
8. Trade Minister Regulation No. 31/M-M-DAG/PER/7/2010 on the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Commerce;
9. Trade Minister Regulation No. 32/M-DAG/PER/8/2010 about the Commerce Service Unit;
DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF COMMERCE ON THE ORDINATION OF THE LAW OF THE ISSUER TO THE COORDINATOR AND THE EXECUTOR OF THE TRADE SERVICE UNIT.
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Perijinan is the granting of legality to the applicant in the form of a permit, recognition, appointment, assignment, approval, or registration in the trading sector.
2. The next Trade Service Unit (UPP) is a unit that organizes a service in the trading sector.
3. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of commerce.
4. The Coordinator and Managing of the UPP are the Acting Officials appointed by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Commerce to coordinate and carry out the hosting of the services of services to the UPP.
Section 2
(1) The Minister delegated the authority of the issuing issuer to the Coordinator and Managing Director of the UPP.
(2) Perijinan as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 3
The coordinator and Managing Director of the UPP publishes the slowest 2 (two) work days since the request is received in complete and correct.
Section 4
The coordinator and Managing of the UPP in carrying out the perijinan issuer should guide the norms, standards, procedures, and criteria set by the Minister.
Section 5
(1) The Coordinating and Acting UPP is responsible for the implementation of the issuing of the perijinan.
(2) The Coordinator and Acting UPP delivered a report of the perijinan to the slowest Ministers every 30 July and 30 January.
Section 6
The technical units of the pembina in the Ministry of Commerce environment do the coaching and supervision of the perijinan published by the Coordinating and Managing Director of the UPP.
Section 7
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into force:
1. The governing provisions of the authority of the issuing of the officers of the perijinan and the term of the issuing issuance in the Ministerial Ordinance as set forth in the Attachment that are the inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation, revoked and It's not valid.
2. Perijinan which has been published before the enactment of this Minister ' s Regulation, is declared to remain in effect until the expiring end.
Section 8
The Minister ' s rules came into force on April 9, 2012.
