ABOUT
APPOINTMENT IN A COMMON FUNCTIONAL POST FOR CIVIL SERVANTS
IN THE MINISTRY ' S MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DECIDED:

Establish: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RELATIONS ON APPOINTMENT IN A COMMON FUNCTIONAL OFFICE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE MINISTRY ' S ENVIRONMENT OF RELATIONS.

Section 1
In Regulation of this Minister, referred to by:
1. civil servants are the candidates for civil servants and civil servants in the environment of the Ministry of Transportation.

3. Section 2
Civil servants who do not occupy certain Structural and/or Functional Positions are appointed in the General Functional Office.

Section 3

The Minister has the authority to establish the appointment in the General Functional Office for Civil Servers.

Section 5
(1) The first class of the General Functional Office is exercised in accordance with the formation of the General Functional Office established by the Minister responsible in the field of the state apparatus after receiving consideration of the Chief of the Agency. The State Department.
(2) The Minister grants the power of appointment in the General Functional Office as referred to in paragraph (1) to:
a. Head of the Bureau of Public Affairs and Organization, for the Class III/a Civil Servlet to the top; and

Section 6
Civil servants who are suspended from a specific Structural and/or Functional Office are appointed in the General Functional Office in accordance with the laws.

Section 7
(1) for civil servants who have executed a General Functional Office activity description and have not occupied the General Functional Office, then the pertinate is appointed in the General Functional Office through the appointment of an adjustment in the Office of the General Functional. Section 8
