THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Draw: that in order to establish the allocation of Less Pay for the Natural Resources of the 2010 Budget and the 2011 Budget Year for the provinces, counties, and cities that have been allocated in the Law Number 22 Year 2011 on Budget Income and Shopping of the State of the Year of the Budget 2012 as amended by Act No. 4 of 2012, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on Allocation Less-paid For The Natural Resources Results Of The 2010 Budget Year. Year of Budget 2011 allocated in the State Budget and Shopping Budget 2012 Budget Year Change;

Given: 1. Law No. 33 of 2004 on the Financial Balance between the Central Government and the Regional Government (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2004 No. 126, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4438);

2. Law No. 22 Year 2011 on Budget and Shopping of State of the Year of the 2012 Budget (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 113, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5254) as amended by Law Number 4 Of 2012 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2012 Number 87, Addition Of State Sheet Indonesia Number 5303);

3. Government Regulation No. 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2005 Number 137, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4575);

5. Finance Minister Rule Number 06 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Implementation and Accountiveness of the Budget Transfer to the Regions;

DECIDED:

Establish: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON THE ALLOCATION OF LESS PAY FOR NATURAL RESOURCES RESULTS THE FORESIGHT YEAR OF THE 2010 BUDGET AND THE 2011 BUDGET YEAR WERE ALLOCATED IN THE COUNTRY ' S BUDGET AND STATE SPENDING CHANGES IN THE 2012 BUDGET.

Article 1

Allocation Less-paid For Natural Resources Results of the 2010 Budget Year 2010 and Year of Budget Year 2011 is the State Reception Not the Natural Resources Tax that has not been made to the provinces, counties, And the city.

Article 2

(1) The Allocation Less Paid for the Natural Resources results of the 2010 budget and the 2011 Budget Year as referred to in Article 1 is Rp24,470.448,544.00 (twenty-four billion four hundred. Seventy and fifty thousand and forty-five thousand five hundred and forty-five thousand and forty-five thousand. with the details as follows:

a. The Forest Utilization Permit (IIUPH) amounted to Rp15,334,914.932.00 (fifteen billion three hundred and thirty-four million nine thousand nine hundred and thirty-two rupiah);

b. Provision of Forest Resources (PSDH) amounted to Rp5,435.713,648.00 (five billion four hundred and thirty-five million seven thousand six hundred and forty-eight rupiah); and

c. The Rebozation Fund (DR) amounted to Rp3,699.819,964.00 (three billion six hundred ninety-nine million eight hundred and nine thousand nine hundred sixty-four rupiah).

The 2010 Budget Year and the 2011 Budget Year for the provinces, counties, and cities are as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 3

(1)

The allocation of the less pay allocation of funds for the World Natural Resources 2010 and Budget Year 2011 results as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) was executed at once in the 2012 Budget Year.

(2) The way the allocation of allocation less pay funds for the Natural Resources Results of the 2010 Budget Year 2010 and the Budget Year 2011 are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 4

The rules of the Minister are in effect on the date of the promulcity.
